@@ChrisLowpes cool, i have seen some ppl doing mesh holes. Should help a ton. Only downside you will need a retune since you are getting more air. Causing it to run lean

The only thing in the USA most tuners will not tune a car with aftermarket cats and definitely bo cats because the government is fining tuner company’s which sucks. Because when you go for emissions on your car it throughs a code whether there’s a check engine light on or not. Therefore you’ll have to put your factory cat back on just to pass emissions

I have the 19 Si ktuner 2.5" exhaust & drop in k&n filter 21psi not 23 don't wanna push 2 the max. Feels sooo much better. Took off the y-pipe and both Mufflers & resonator using custom bent pipe with MagnaFlow Muffler & it sounds so smooth and quiet & this car is freaking fast for what it is. Maybe downpipe and midpipe later with a cat then get it turned on the dyno. Nice 🚗💨 BTW

I still got the warranty on my 2017 for another 4 years. If I were to go with a K tune, I know that would void the warranty. Do you suggest getting a full tune as I don’t want to risk fucking the engine or transmission up. Nice car. I’ve done all aesthetic and cosmetic upgrades and my car really good in gunmetal grey but I’ve been thinking of doing something to give it a little mores power. All I’ve put on is the short ram PRL intake.
Morbid Fucking Angel the tune will not impact the transmission if anything you’ll be putting more power towards it. I wouldn’t be worried if your car is close to stock
I've been in the market for a 2018 Honda Civic si and was wondering what type of fuel you put in it. I know the owner's manual states that the car should receive premium, but can it take regular? Furthermore, I think the car has a knock sensor that changes the ignition timing caused by the difference in the fuel quality. Still, I would like to eliminate knocking altogether to preserve the engine.

quick question I’m looking for the map exhaust for my 10th gen Si And then Prl downpipe front pipe combo shortly after But when ordering the exhaust it asks if you have factory front pipe or not Does this mean if I order the map exhaust with factory front pipe when I order my Dp fp combo I’ll need a different exhaust fitting or flange ? Just want to make sure I order the right stuff so I don’t waste money

Depends on which one your tuner prefers. If you have someone who does Dyno tubing that you wanna go to, ask them which they prefer working with. They both have their advantages and disadvantages
I bought the PRL flex Fuel for mine. Installing it next week. Still trying to figure out how to put more gauges on the monitor screen with the Ktuner. Have you done it yet?

fc1_si detailing yea I’m still on a stock clutch and I get some slip in the higher gears if I’m at 2500 cruising and try to accelerate without down shifting.
Tony Castillo yea I’m still on a stock clutch. Unfortunately they all start to skip after making some good power but mines only around 6 gear at 2500rpm if I try to accelerate hard and don’t down shit
@@dandys. yeah right buddy keep dreaming, the torque difference on a K20c1 is far superior than on a bigger boosted SI. Your argument is for those that cant get a Type R. Also it takes more than 5k to do that. The suspension on the Type R was specifically designed to have no torque steer. That's like saying you rather have a boosted LS Integra over a Type R Teg. The civic Type R has more potential. Nice try though.
BOV is also going to cause it to run rich. The overall wear and tear that will cause is not worth the psssht sound. I have an Injen SRI in mine due to the extremely wet weather here in Florida and the seriously low mount location of the CAI. Some debate on the SRI performance because of the heat in the engine bay, but it's doing just fine with the heat shield provided . Just need to get tuned now.
