@@Jie0005 They actually won with 11 players on the field. I'm sure you watched the game, Penrith were atrocious... mistakes they were e.g Kikau.. the guy played probably his worst game of the season. The uncharacteristic handling errors.. it didn't help them. The video ref gave them their 1st try... it was a old fashioned 'Shepard'.. but was given the green light. Look the Storm won more moments in the game... plenty of 50/50 chances.. Cleary threw a floater and got picked off.. try Cleary, gets left standing still by Paps... try Koroisau, knocks the play out of Smith's hands... try It is what it is... Penrith didn't show up till the 60th minute. Game was over by then.

@@Jie0005 I understood what you meant by 14th man... The Panthers were okay... They gambled too much and came unstuck. That's youth and inexperienced game management and structure. Even season veterans get it wrong on the big stage.. Melbourne Too. Its Moments in games that count.. The Storm kept scoreboard pressure on the young Panthers. They were lucky not to be taken to races in this game. Credit to the young Panthers but it was all too late the damage was done.

John Couch. Well spotted but its not unusual. Sheer good fortune where that ball bounced too. I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the incorrect play the balls from both sides. Often the ball is in the dummy halfs hands before the player uses his foot. The play the ball is nearly as big a farce as the R L scrum.The ref also missed the grubby tactics Cam smith employs in the rucks to slow the opposition. Others do it too, but Cams perfected the art and is a a master of it. All in all neither side played at their best and the refereeing wasn't stellar either. A few decisions and theluck of the bounce and the result might have been different, Tough way to loose a grand final I thought. But its in the history books now.

I can point out in every single game this happening at least 15 times its not uncommon including this game

Happens all the time... this game was no different on both sides. So nobody got any advantage from it. It is only an issue because Cam Smith scored a try from it. It is what it is... Melbourne deserved the win, Panthers let occasion get to them. Kikau alot of mistakes, Cleary too. It just how goes sometimes.
