Johnny. The cheeseburgers healthier then a hamburger. It's a good balance with the LDL cholesterol and the HDL. And we don't eat to live. We live to eat.. thanks Johnny
Well Johnny, I was going to comment (compliment) on each cook. Instead I'll just say this, FAN.....TAS.....TIC! Love 'em all. Keep up the good work going into 2023. And thank you good sir.
Johnny I like your "voiceover" technique on the vids. Mmm good! So many recipes - I came back to this vid for some refresher training. Long time subbed on your channel - thanks - Pappy
Johnny have you done a video on what to expect from the griddle when loading food. I’m referring to how well it maintains the griddle temperature and how it recovers. I’m asking because I’m looking at a Loco grill with led controls so I can cook with proper temperature. Thanks
Hey Bill, I've done temperature videos but never in the temp dropping after you load it. The temp will def drop after you load it depending on how much food you put on there. That's why I like the infrared thermometer gun. Because I can get an exact temp after I put the food on. I've never used a loco griddle but I've always been suspicious of how accurate they are. I don't know if this temps are actually being read from the griddle top or if the number just goes up and down as your turn the knob. Again I've never used them but I would be worried about that.
Darn, darn, darn, darn, darn! Delicious, delicious, delicious, delicious, delicious, Johnny! They all look fantastic! That tater tote hash browns couldn’t look simpler to do. I’m going to look for the sweet potatoes ones, and plan on having breakfast on my day off. I love Malcolm’s recipes and videos, too. Always delicious. My wife freaked out when she saw how big Malcolm is ( she is a little Asian woman ). I’m also going to have to pick up another spatula. I’m so hungry now after looking at this, and I just ate. LOL!
Sweet potato tots would be amazing, that's a great idea! That's too funny about your wife lol. He is a very large man. Thanks so much for watching and I'm glad you liked it.
Johnny! Awesome as always, gonna try some of these in '23. Did some smash brows with tatter tots this weekend, always a hit a deer camp. Keep on griddlin'!
Thank you both for your support. Unfortunately there's so much red tape with the peppers and onions people and the Texas toast people. I've reached out numerous times but just can't seem to get thru to anyone. I'm going to keep fighting the good fight and spreading the word. Cheers fellas 🍻
I love your recipes! I would recommend getting actual mexican tortillas! It would change the flavor so much! I don’t know where you live but I highly recommend authentic mexican tortillas for burritos or any other recipes.
Thanks man. I do have a Mexican market by my work and I keep forgetting to go there. I've heard this from numerous people that it is so much better. Thanks for the suggestion I'm definitely going to grab some.
@@bigrox2178 That's awesome man that litterally makes my day to hear that. I'm so glad you both like the videos and that you spend time together watching them.
Johnny, dang man... Awesome as always. That melty cheese is the kicker, big chorizo fan. The burritos I'm going to do this weekend! To be honest, I've debated doing a response video to you, on one or two small things I make well on my Blackstone now. But I have no idea where to start with editing and whatnot, so youll just have to take my word for it! Looks great!
Thanks Brian! You should definitely do some videos. I did not know anything about editing at first either. I just used what was already on my computer. It was a challenge to learn but it was totally worth it. I hope you do make some videos, Id love to see your recipes. Have a good one buddy.
Ok Johnny, like the comment before mine, I'm gonna have to try the TATOR / Hashbrowns for sure. The rest of the recipes are good also, lol. GRIDDLE ON DUDE and thanks for the video.
You're welcome Drew. And ya I agree they are so easy and good. I know often times me and all the other RU-vidrs say "amazing, must try, fantastic" and then it doesn't live up to the hype. But I will stand behind those tater tot hash browns any day of the week. They are so easy and delicious. Thanks for watching.
I've done the mayo thing and it just doesn't have that butter taste. I will try the tater tots thing. wow thanks for the breakfast tacos I'm gonna have that for lunch now.
You're welcome Dale. Yes I will say the mayo definitely doesn't taste as good as butter. Definitely give those breakfast tacos a try. I think you'll like them.
Just ordered a Camp Chef ftg600 last night. What surface thermometer do you recommend? Do you have a link? I got one, but it reads about 75 degrees off. I found your Amazon page thanks.
Oh man you did just order one that's awesome, congrats! Ya the one on my Amazon page is what I recommend thanks so much for going there. Let me know how your first cook goes.
I cook different foods at different temperatures. My most common temp is 375-400. Here is a video where I go over everything. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XhdxmvAykqs.html
Heay Johnny you can buy a strong magnet for your dome or get a door knob and drill a screw underneath to hold it,or everyone can send a dollar for you to buy one…lol🍺🍺
Pork chops looked great but for my taste the meat was too thick for a sandwich and the Texas toast only made the sandwich impossibly thick for comfortable eating.
@@JohnnyBrunet hey Johnny my seasoning is a little over the top but I think it’s worth it if you have the ingredients. I used kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika and a little of brown sugar. All of the ingredients were 1 tbsp. Sugar, garlic, onion and cayenne pepper were measured at 1/2 tsp. Try it out!
This video is not for the healthy eater !! Don’t get me wrong JB. 20 years ago I would have and pretty much eat all those greasy spoon fast food meals, but todays world coming around the curve is HBP, DB, and CHRL. The good, the Bad and the Ugly !! Moderation is the key those meals are delicious and I wish I could enjoy them but I found a way to enjoy them with a little ingenuity happy Griddling ✌🏾👍🏾🙏🏾
Hahaha no Mark it is unfortunately not for the healthy eater. I agree moderation is key I try to split stuff sometimes with my wife. Thanks so much for watching Mark and I'm glad you've found a way to still enjoy food on the griddle.
Thank you so so much Jensen. I know there are a ton of subscribers out there who have been watching a long time but don't always comment. And I just appreciate you all so much. It's really just insane to me how much support people have given. It is litarally changing my life for me and my family and I can't expresss my gratitude enough. So thank you because honestly some times I get so focused on growing that I forget where I came from.
