The Villages at Westminster is a very nice and more affordable neighborhood.

Governor's Land, Ford's Colony, Kingsmill, Queens Lake, First Colony, Kingswood, Windsor Forest...are worth looking at depending on your price point.

Governor's land has a horrible shrink/swell problem, and the fees are ridiculous. Other than that it's beautiful. Queen's lake is great for dropping trees on houses, and Kingsmill and Ford's Colony great if you have an extra half hour to kill each time you want to leave the neighborhood. Landfall is the best neighborhood in Williamsburg.

I love Queens Lake . Beautiful neighborhood. With a lots of trees. Thank you for showing homes in Williamsburg. 😊👏

Yay!! First Colony is on here. Shocked to hear that the house my parents paid $250000 for (186 The Maine) might be worth $1m. I cherish my memories of that house and growing up in Williamsburg. He even mentioned Walsingham. I was expelled from there but it was where I formed my strongest friendships.Also can't believe Kingsmill isn't even mentioned. It's been awhile since I lived in Williamsburg but way back then you weren't shit if you didn't have a Kingsmill sticker on your car.

Can you do a video on the best areas for retirees. Or even better, are there homes within your Top 5 for a retired couple? Don't need 3000+ square feet. Great work otherwise. I love these and Kings Mill.

Williamsburg is probably way too liberal as are most college towns but fords colony feels purple at worst and light red at best. Is this accurate?

Subdivision isn't a synonym for neighborhood. Perhaps it would have been better to title it: My favorite subdivisions. The video was kind of depressing. Surely downtown Williamsburg is one of the best neighborhoods in Williamsburg? New Town? I've lived in a gated golf community, I've lived in cities and I've lived in a new urban development in CO. To my mind, no sidewalks, no neighborhood.
