Initially small business premises where all types of technology are disrupted with jammers. And visitors can concentrate entirely on themselves. I would initially try it in big cities until you know how many people want this kind of “to be without technology”. Initially run a discotheque, cinema or restaurant like that. If things go well, maybe a hotel to stay overnight. It will definitely go well given all the nanotechnology fears. Well, what if the government in your own country forbids it? Maybe do it in a country where jammers are allowed.
I've built three companies from zero to over $1M. Two computer / IT sales & service companies, and one wholesale / retail healthy products company. Each one had a partner (seed funding), but my wife and I built the companies. Each time we've stepped aside and handed the companies over to our partners, they've destroyed them within six months, losing my share and investment. I've had to start over from nothing three times. I'm getting tired. I'll never... EVER... have another partner in any company, EVER AGAIN.

I wanted to listen until the dismissive micro aggression comment. It's giving microaggression & probably anti DEI. Learning to be an anti racist should be something even an entrepreneur takes time to learn. As more POC break barriers & expand competition, consumers will choose the more ethical, anti racist business. I try to avoid companies that support known racist politians or orgs. It sounded like he probably didn't like sexual harassment training either.
