during service ask service personal for diesel spray in engine bay as well as bottom of vehicle.Rat will never come near the car.

Tie Gutka, Tobacco n black pepper mix in the engine bay such that it doesn't interfere with cooling fans or any other engine parts. Due to its strong odder rats won't enter engine bay.

Napthalene balls , same happened with me due to the the plastic cover over the engine so the spray whoch prevents rats from cutting wire was inapllicable at that place and hence one of my cylinder stopped working in honda amaze , took it to service centre by running it 100kms and there company asked to change whole wirinhg, but one of the mechnic in service center taped the wire with tape and took 1500 rs for the same thing , although i was saved from company as they wefe ready to charge 17k for the whole wiring , so 1500 isnt a lot that time , at second time with same issue my uncle tapped it with 10 rz tape and the sign went

Petrol car mein turbo nai hota hai aur Diesel mein turbo hota that's y Petrol ka torque Kam hota hai air Diesel ka zayada hota hai

Life of petrol car is long and diesel engine is the high torque engine because the thrust that drive the crank shaft is very large during power stroke of diesel engine as compare to petrol engine, compression ratio of diesel engine is very high that is the another reason.

Bro, Petrol engine is long term as compared to diesel because petrol is pure than diesel and simple engine structure than diesel engine Due to low fire rate of diesel its possible to gain higher compression ratio. High compression ratio produce more torque. In case of petrol its highly inflammable thats reason we can not highly compress it in combition chamber.

1)petrol is highly flammable than diesel it requires less amount of heat to burn. 2)so it can be burn in cylinder with oxygen by with the help of spark plug. 3)so required amount of power and torque can be generated by normal compression ratio. 4)But diesel is not that much flammable like a petrol. It requires tremendous amount temperature to burn. 5)It doesn't have tendency to burn with help of spark plug.. So there is no spark plug in diesel engine. 6)so the diesel and oxygen entering into the combustion chamber (cylinder) requires very high amount of compression ratio than petrol. 7)Therefore the higher amount torque generated in petrol engine is due to its high compression ratio. 8) If you compare the petrol engine with diesel engine having same capacity and same power but there will be lots of difference in Torque. 9)In short diesel engine require more torque to generate the power.. Compared to petrol which can generate same power with less torque . 10)And performance is almost about same though torque is more in diesel. 11)also the diesel engines runs at lower rpm than petrol. 12)And now technology is improved so diesel is also better for long term use.

I own harrier xz+ and faced the same issue. It is fixed automatically after 2 days. Some of my friend suggested that it is due to bad diesel quality. Once the filled diesel is completely consumed then it is fixed automatically. In order to cross check all the things, I went to Tata service centre. There no errors were found. Ofcourse there may be other issues as well according to different scenarios. It is better to visit service centre as DDS suggested. Also follow the car manual.

@@SANDEEPSINGH_9 same happened with me in my new verna diesel, right it is due to bad diesel quality , once the fuel is burned it is back to normal automatically.
