TOP 5 REASONS why I LOVE! my Honda CR-Z! 

Finally a crz RU-vidr, I've had mine since 2011 no issues with battery or anything else over 160k miles (260k Kms) literally only thing that pisses me off is the lack of power and can't carry anyone in the rear seats but I have no friends so it's cool

I think the CRZ is a super under rated car. I love how small it is, the gas mileage. I get compliments on mine all the time. At least around where I live, you never see a CRZ at the car shows either

I got a 2011 manual today with 6-speed. I am so excited. I possibly will get my hood and roof painted. The motor and everything are great. My air conditioner was not put on however when in the Economy mode it's ice cold. If anyone else can advise on the air please do. I am reading manual. Again I am a Happy camper. Nice Video

dude, tell me why LITERALLY EVERY crz owner i’ve seen loves their car, but it’s got such shit reviews and stuff!!! i’ve owned mine for a little over a year (a 2015 basic trim) and i am honestly in love with it! the powder coated rims, the sound, the feel, everything! i have a lot of plans to modify and add on things, but even just the basic stock car with a few stickers on the back makes me feel at home and in LOVE! :) honestly, i can see where people come from with the negative reviews, but owning the car or even just driving it for a bit will let the positives shine WAY over everything else! keep up the good work and i hope you enjoy your car as much as i do :)

Stumbled on ya. Yeppers- You either love them on don't understand them. I picked up a "13" EX - purple basically new with 25K 3 years ago from a dealer that was sitting collecting dust. Offered a ridiculous low price and just waited. About 2 months later - guess who called! Now drove it 30,000 miles with 000000 problems. 42 MPG Average. So love the Sport mode on Freeway Cruise. Funny thing is when I roll up on Subaru punks and they see this OG (57 yr) in the seat. Take the hybrid badge off the back and replaced with a Boosted badge. Such a hoot.

Aloha from Hawaii! As for gas mileage, I use Ethanol Free gas. I tested it after two complete tank fulls. The MPG went up to 42-44 local driving and 51 highway. I also tried it on my 2002 Odyssey van, but it didn't make any difference. My CR-Z tires are supposedly made for good mileage, and I have the CVT. I do love this thing, except for the (stock) low front end that seems to scrape everything. I'm currently fixing the bumper and adding a camera above the front license plate so I can stop BEFORE I hit the curb. Love your videos. Keep them coming!

1 passenger, empty gas tank, traction control off, sport mode, near bald tires... freaky fast off the line & a blast to drive. Also pickup is good 60,70,80,90 in sport on the highway, consistent at anyspeed

Really liking the idea of this as a first car. Ticks all the boxes for price, cost to run, good safety rating and most of all manual transmission. I'm mostly into old jdm death traps but this is the one new car I'm in love with right now

I'm trying to find why people love this I have a 2013 honda civic, in the spring/summer/fall (I live in a very cold state in the Winter so MPG drops to about 30mpg) but I usually get 35MPG in all the other seasons. It pull 140 horsepower, which is more than the CRZ. Gets almost the same MPG, and is much bigger. All for right near the same price, plus no need to worry about a hybrid battery. It's dead simple. Yeah. It doesn't look the best compared to a CRZ, but it's better in almost every other way from what I can find.

I bought a 14 model in 2016 with 50k miles. 2022 is almost here and I am at 63k miles. This car is cheap and super fun to drive. Now that I finished my PhD and got a big boy job I want to do a serious performance enhancement on it ... Any ideas? I saw your other video with the suggestions for bars for handling improvement, but I am willing to drop some cash on an engine, or even go crazier with an additional electric power plant... I am willing to turn this car into a sleeper car 🚗

The Euro version of the car came with the backseat. It is really disappointing that the US version didnt come with it. They also had GT version in Europe.

For those looking to pick up a CR-Z and planning to K swap I advise to look for a 2011 or 2012 as the K20Z3 engine from an Si fits like a glove. All you need is Hasport mounts and harness and you're ready to go. Minimal hacking required.

Got my 2011 in Oct. 2017, equipped with a "7 speed" CVT. I did an experiment with different grades of gas. Now I'm using mid-grade ethenol free gas. Mileage went from 40 to 47 with the A/C on all the time, and 51 with the A/C off. This is by miles/gallons, not the computer on board. The extra mileage out weighs the extra cost of the mid-grade gas. I get at least 425 miles on a 9 gallon fill-up, and I don't drive with an egg under my foot

Only thing I'm not happy with is I've been noticing hella scratches all over my car and I'm wondering if they had buffed them out when I bought it and I am just now starting to notice them. I really want to get them painted or a clear coat put on but I don't know how expensive it is

Been in the market for a manual CRZ. The only things holding me back on it is the batteries on these and insurance & parts/repairs are costly. I hear they need to be replaced way too soon (under 120k miles) and those go for $2000+ 😅.

Lol. 3 years later and the prices for used cars are insane. The cheapest model I can find with well over 100k miles is still $10k I hate this used car market, it makes no sense. I had to get a used car during the middle of the pandemic and people were asking 5k for early 2000s honda civics and $2000 + for 90s

Hey I have a 2014 CRZ EX and I am wondering if you can recomend a reflector for the windshield. Since the windshield is so long and the visors are short I have trouble finding reflectors that can stay put especially under the California sun.

There's so many different models of these you can get but from what I found out is the 2014-2016 Manuel's get a decent power jump compared to the 2010-11 and 12 modelsbut if you only get an automatic I believe it's only a couple horsepower but the Manuel gets a nice difference only got to test drive one automatic one manualI'm finally looking to get a newer Honda that's all I've owned but I've always owned 90-2000 Honda including a CRX IS IT EASY TO FIND SETTLE MODIFICATIONS FOR THIS CAR?
