Hello Ryan, thank you for your comment. Thornton does have some great schools. We always use niche.com to look up the grades for schools.

I watched your videos on Thornton. Great content! We were looking at the new builds from Lennar at Orchard Farms. Is the crime rate around that area really as bad as it is on paper? And how is the water quality? Thank you!

Hello Jamie thank you for watching! Unfortunately we don’t have an answer to that question. We do have a relative who works with special needs in elementary and he said Denver metro schools have great special needs programs. We hope this helps.
