I so enjoy all of your podcasts, and have learned so much from both of you! Thank you. 🤗. I started using Ketone-IQ a couple months ago after watching one of your earlier podcasts, and think it’s great. I buy the large bottles, and am also subscribed to the smaller bottles to carry in my PB bag. I’m still a bit confused though on how much I should take. The large bottle has marks for each serving which is helpful. How many servings are in the smaller bottles? Thank you both for all the ways you contribute to promoting Pickleball!!
Good question! I believe the large bottle is for die hards who take a LOT of it. I buy the smaller bottles because I only use one shot every 2 or so days. Bottle is for people taking 2-3 shots/ day IMO! I’m glad you like it. It’s helped me a lot.
ketone IQ sounds great, until i read "Potassium Sorbate, Potassium Benzoate" ingredients in larger/multi serving bottle :(. To be fair no preservatives in the single shot version, which is good. Better to just advise strongly to refrigerate and use within X time frame, rather than load up your product on food preservatives. Tried the single shot...worked pretty good for PB drilling session, but need more time/sessions.
@@jillybpickleball I found the single shots size at my local sprouts...gave it a try before my PB drilling session today with good results. thanks for turning me on to it! Glad they do have an option - single size - without the preservatives. I do get why they put them in there from a product and business sense...but I just try to ovoid them for myself, when ever possible.
Nice to see you are finding what works for you. I was good except for the glass of water with salt. That sounded awful. I guess if I lived in the desert full time I might try to stomach it for dehydration. Good luck in your upcoming tournaments.
I can second Jill. I use Re-Lyte regularly, which is by and far the best electrolyte out there and the best cost per serving. It's not that salty despite all the salt in it. I also use Lawry's Salt on a lot of my food
