I have one, blooming, identical to the San Pedro..but the needles are longer... is it a variety of the San Pedro ?

I'm in California and I actually know of 7 or 8 giant San Pedros , big stands of many collums at least 12 feet tall , it's likely predominant cultivar but it's a great place to collect cuttings for rootstock
