I am 60, I play tennis, basketball, and bicycle. Did all three last week, now hip is sore. I am going to give this a try. I watch a lot of your videos to help me stay in the game. Thank you.
Thank you so much for this video! After nearly six months of hip pain and treatment that was making it worse, I was finally diagnosed two weeks ago with tendinitis of my right hip. And you’re right, because of the pain, you forget how to walk correctly.
Thank you Dr. Bob and Brad. I was struggling with this issue. It's almost been 6 months due to which I canceled my participation in the powerlifting meet . This video is very helpful. I got instant relief. Thank you so much. Any suggestion on how long should I stop doing heavy squats?
Jo Your videos are fabulous. I have understood so much more about my body and how to stay healthy, pain free and flexible from listening to you both. I am very grateful for the time and effort you put into these videos. I also think that you both are very lovely men. You always make me smile. Thank you
As a woman with multiple sclerosis I’ve had attacks that have affected both sides of my body, though not at same time. Last attack left me with hip problems on left side. Today I could not lift my left leg high enough to clear a step. It took me 3 tries! Any idea what muscle this could be? PT once told me to put my hand on hip as I walked to feel muscle contract. Thanks. You two are great!
My right hip has been really sore since March. I had an X-ray and nothing was broken. I keep resting it and it gets better but then I exercise and it gets painful again. When I lift my knee up to my chest and then bring my leg down my hip clicks.
Broken record here, but...please...I hope you can go back to consistently higher volume. I don't have hearing loss, but I can't walk away from the computer and listen to these videos (I still can look back and see what you're doing, but I do need to multi-task while watching).
The clam shell exercise helped stop the pinching right away. Maybe my hip was out of whack? The cross fiber message helped adductor now on to the hip flexor.
Hi great video and I'm looking forward to some tendinitis relief, before I start, is it safe to do these exercises and stretches after lateral hip replacement surgery 3 months ago, thanks Les
HI Bob & Brad! Thanks so much for your videos! Does hip tendonitis ever heal? Or will it be something I endure for my life time? UPDATE! I went to your website and found your video that answers this question! WHoohoooo! Grateful for you both! 🥰🥰
Do a recovery video for people who did surgery for recurrent pattela dislocation. All exercise for come back to their games. Expecting 🧡 viewer from India 🇮🇳
I have a torn labrum and hip not sitting in the socket properly and when I do clamshells on that side, I can only lift up 2-3 inches and the other side I can fully open. Should I continue doing this exercise on the side with the lesser movement and it will get better?
Thank you! Thank you! With limited mobility I needed more options for safe, gentle, daily stretching for painful rectus femoris strain on same leg as patella tendinitis, which is also on the same knee that is post-op partial meniscectomy! So I am unable to do any kneeling or anything weight bearing. This is what happens when people around you get covid and you can't go to physical therapy facilities for weeks. I need a P.T. not just for the rehab but to keep me reigned in. Winging it on my own, yeah, I got hurt by getting ahead of what I'm actually ready for and now another (temporary) set back. Yay pandemic!
Those stretches don't work. It's actually a core weakness on the left side..I strengthened my weak side and all the pressure was relieved from the right hip
