@theredcomet844 Not even remotely true. Just because something bigger exists, doesn't mean it is better. Especially not when the activity requires a lot of shooting.
I have a berreta A300 ultima with the kick-off system and it’s amazing, I use it for ducks, doves, squirrels, rabbits, goose anything and I love it. Best $800 I’ve ever spent
870 wingmaster Was my grandfathers from 80’s 2 3/4 shells Got my first turkey this year with it Wrapped and put new 24” barrel and screw in choke on it Favorite firearm I will ever own Still have original barrel with fixed modified choke and a full choke fixed barrel he purchased after the fact
@garettthurmond771 The only 1100 still In production is a sporting model and it is the EXACT same gun as the old non engraved Remington 11-87 premier LC which in my opinion is Remington's finest
@@jarrettm3728 I’ve never had an issue with any loads. I’ve shot buckshot, steel, lead, and turkey load. They were all high brass. I don’t ever shoot low brass but the times I did, I don’t ever remember having cycling issues or anything. I’ve been using my Beretta heavily for 4 years now with zero issues
Remington 1100 .410, browning a-5 sweet 16 (belgian made, not re release), benelli legacy 28ga, beretta 686 20ga, CZ supreme field 12ga Im sorry but this is the list…i own many benelli’s…m4, legacy, sbe, ethos, montefeltro, m1, m2…the most fun shooting benelli i own out of allllll of them, hands down is that Benelli legacy 20ga, it is light as a feather, zero kick…and its my go to dove gun…if i had to take any other benelli, the SBE wouldnt even be in my top three…Legacy, Ultra Light, Ethos… My SBE is a waterfowl only gun for ducks and geese when im not walking… Do yourself a favor, if you can find one, because they only made about 500 of them, buy yourself a legacy…they stopped making them about 13-14 years ago
Good design, but Remington's manufacturing took a nosedive. I bought 2 new from the factory in 2017 and neither would extract without mortaring them and I had to polish the chambers before they would work.
Then i guess you have never shot any of the other, far superior benelli’s that are way better suited for dove…like the ultralight, the legacy or the upland ethos….the benelli legacy is probably the best dove gun i have ever shot, been to argentina, live in AZ…dove and quail is my life…i own the SBE, i own nearly every model benelli shotgun in the last 40 years….its not even close…the SBE isnt even in the top 3 of benelli for dove guns… Good luck finding a legacy…very few were made…it was killed off because it was effectively a better shooting gun than their ethos model at a cheaper price…and benelli couldnt have that…so now to get an engraved benelli, you need to go through the executive program, prices start about $3400… Im not saying the sbe isnt a great shotgun, i use it for waterfowl hunting…but its nowhere close to being the best benelli dove gun…
@@TheAcenightcreeper I have shot the over unders and the m2s they are fun but I have a shorter super black eagle 3 that is deadly for both upland and water fowl without losing range or accuracy for turkeys and geese allowing for long shots and fast rotations keeping it deadly at all times
Had the opportunity to purchase an L.C. Smith but decided to get an A.H. Fox Sterlingworth for half the price. Both L.C. Smiths were full/full. One was 2399, and the other 2799. The cheaper one was had furniture on it I didn't car for. I don't care for sling mounts on old guns. The other was just plain too much. All three were great guns. But the Smiths definitely felt a couple of notches above the Fox. The Fox just fit what I needed. Mod/Full. With a 28in barrel. Not to mention, it's a bit lighter than the Smiths. But I have to say putting those Smiths up to the shoulder felt like a custom-made glove.
Remington sportsman 48 20 gauge best dove gun ever created period mines a 60s model best gun I own and if you’re shooting anything bigger then a 20 for dove you’re not doing something right
@@heavymetal_doofus yea it has been doing it since I got it and have not shot much but yes thanks and I clean it last night seems to be doing way better.
Beretta A400 Extreme PLUS ( you will never need another shotgun for any application again for the rest of your life ) i have three. i’m still using the first one. They are the AR-15 of shotguns!
