The battery box. If I was to turn over in my kayak, will that battery box save my battery? I have been wanting to add a trolling motor to my kayak but was always worried about turning over with a battery. Also, great videos. 👍🏼
They are surprisingly not waterproof. However it will significantly decrease the amount of water getting to your battery vs being with no housing at all. It’s more for splash prevention rather than full blown capsizing.
Darn. I was hoping it would. I just got my 4th kayak. I may have a problem 🤔. Nah, cheaper than therapy 😉. I was thinking about adding a motor to this one. Took my dog out testing out the new one and she flipped me, and flipped me and flipped me. That is why I ask.
I just used it to show how quickly the price fluctuates. It just pops up on my browser and I use it to know how often they have discounts on specific products. It’s really not that big of a deal. I don’t even use it for it’s intended purpose. I just like to know🤷
