Thanks for the tips! I have a RCF myself and aim to upgrade to a LC500 soon. Always loved the styling and just how beautiful it looks parked. 🤩The tip for the active rear wing having it stay up is one I'm trying out today! Thanks Rich!
Someone needs to make a video on how to keep the ambient lighting on while driving. I’ve seen videos of people that figured out how to do it but so far no tutorials online 😞
I just bought a 2021 last Friday thanks for the tips...hey what kind of cell phone holder is that? I like the way it is out of the way and on the hand grip bar..
ProClip USA Check out this video and jump to 4m 48s where I go more into it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UaQ0SKrQNlo.htmlsi=H2izqhp3i_83aYOM
if you are a oldschool rocker, set you stereo to +1 treb +2 Mid +ALL the way up Bass, fade it back one. Leave surround on.. Volume between 35-40. This is where the music systems shines, the sounds envelopes you at these levels.
I try not to....I'm super careful when driving, and entering driveways (to the point where people honk at me). If I think I can't make a speed bump, I turn around 🤷🏼
Hi Rich, thanks so much for these tips. I'm new to the LC world so these tips all help a lot. I was wondering if you know of a way to have the wing deploy at a higher speed than what is currently at? Or if there is a way to quiet the retraction thump? If the wing could go up say over 60 mph would be better to help it stay down during normal speed driving, but then at 60 or maybe as late as 65, go up for highway or "spirited" driving? Any help on it would be appreciated.
Thanks for watching and glad the video helped. As for your question about adjusting the speed - I don't know of any way you can adjust the speed at which the wing can go up or down. That's set with the car's ECU. The only way to adjust the wing at any speed is via the button in the middle. As for the thump, I don't think that's normal, but have read about other owners experiencing the same loud thump. You should take it to the dealer to have that checked. There might be a TSB on that...
There is an easier way to access the seat heat and cooling. Press the audio command button on the steering wheel and say; "show heated seats". That brings you right to the appropriate screen and you can make any adjustments you like. You don't have to go through multiple menus. You don't even have to press "menu".
Hi, thanks for watching. If I understood correctly, you want to get a sound clip of the exhaust while driving? The exhaust has been modified to an Armytrix full catback. If so, you can listen to some clips in this video I made: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8Ij9oH4hBfA.html
I sold my lc 4 months ago. You still have the best looking car on the internet. I wish i could have loved the car. It just wasn't fast enough for me. I still love everything about your car. If my car looked like that i might have kept it
Thank you very much sir🙏. Yes, the LC isn't a full blown sports car, nor is it the most powerful GT - kudos to the M8 Comp for that. I still prefer the build quality, fit and finish on the LC. It's a solid all arounder
I'm not sure on the newer ones (2021 or 2022), but mine has the Mark Levinson as an additional option on top of the Performance pack. To be more concise, ML is not part of the perf pack, it would have to get optioned as well. You can get both performance pack and ML in the vehicle. Hope that answers your question.
The wing was trial and error. Unfortunately, after countless tries, online research and discussion with the head tech at one of the Lexus dealerships, despite having the option of changing the units from F to C, the units won't change in the US. They always stay in Fahrenheit...a little dumb imo.
The wing never stays permanently up. You can make it go up by the button by the cup holders but the wing will eventually go down. If you activate it with the button it should just stay up!!
@@RichWithCars Its so wierd your car has the F to C conversion option even if it doesnt work. my car is metric and there is no option to change the units to imperial
You can see the list of mods (including wheels) in the description of the video below: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8Ij9oH4hBfA.html
Be sure to mute the infotainment system bings and bongs. Dear god that was the first thing i did. MUTE. Next i turned the blue infotainment colors to beige to match my toasted carmel int. Set the background to red for my IF ext. There are so many adjustments you can make. None of the automotive reviewers comment. They just bash the car. Jokes on them i love this thing more than the 911, M5, or E63 i test drove to get here.
Wow, that's a lot to say for the LC - in that you cross shopped it with the M5, E63 and 911 and you still ended up with this beauty! I kept my theme color to blue, as my exterior is blue... the only minor thing is say tho, is that the LC lacks a little more ambient lighting.... but for me, not a huge deal...
Good question. Not 100% certain on that, but I know that mine does go to the map on default. If I'm not wrong, it goes to the screen you previously left it on prior to turning the vehicle off.
@@jasonm.8749 so if you leave it on the radio, then it should go back to the radio screen once you restart the car. But keep in mind that the default screen has a split screen, so I believe the main default will be the radio and the smaller side of the split screen will be on whatever you left it in as well.....if I'm not wrong!
None whatsoever. I've had mine for almost 4 yrs now. Check alignment, tire balance....also if u have spacers, make sure they're installed correctly or if there's enough thread on the lug nuts to fasten
@@RichWithCars Thank you for that feedback & good to know - i have had them aligned/balanced twice. I took it to the shop to make sure the spacers (Hub-centric rings) were all set & they were. Guess i just have to suck it up or put back on the OEM rims.
Yes, retractable....not all the trims have it tho. Only the ones with the performance package...that package has a bunch of other goodies as well, like LSD, rear wheel steer, carbon door sills, etc...
5:55 serious the CC is the best thing ever. Its better than me. Its better than you. Just shut your mouth engage the system and only adjust your temp. The car knows you better than you. Trust me. Im in AZ and the thing does the business. I get pissed off when my partner gets in and turns it off cause they like to meddle w/ my sht! 🤬
