Miss the vlogs Jonno. I'm currently binge watching your 2016, 2017 daily and nightly adventure vlogs. You are a great person Jonno. I'm commenting on your most popular pokemon go video just in hopes of you seeing it. I wish you would vlog more. Not Pokemon vlogs, just normal ones. You are an inspiration Jonno. - sending loads of support from India
Niantic sent me a cease and desist letter and told me to stop playing all their games or I would be sued. Sorry I can't play the game anymore. I'm glad you're enjoying the old videos though. Please share them with friends so they can see what Pokémon GO was like back when the hype was real.
How to get rare Pokémon Step 1 move to San Francisco Step 2 get Pokémon Edit: holy moly this blew up most likes I’ve ever got thanks for the heat jonno
Your area has so many stops and Pokémon, Toronto is a barren wasteland for this game.☹️(I live about 20 minutes from downtown, but when i go downtown there are a lot more stops)
yeah that's why so many people quit the game. Niantic expects you to buy pokeballs when people in the city get them for free. It's part of how they made so much money, scamming rural players into thinking that is the only way to get pokeballs and other items. It's really sad and pathetic that the game is over 3 years old and they won't fix this one basic issue.
Tips for players that doesnt want to spend a sum of money when playing PGO: 1# Bring water bottle and home food. 2# Public transports does work very well , no matter which country you're from. 3# Camp at places like clustered spawns gardens, restaurants, shopping centre, etc because you wont be wasting your energy running or travelling from places to places.
I found a fossil pokemon kinda rare spawn in a wasteland known as Arizona I don't live in such mobilized area I live in a deserted place of Arizona on the reservation
0:47 Spawn points are called "nests" and they rotate what pokemon spawns there. If you see 3+ of the same pokemon around a stop or gym, that's probably a nest. I've seen nests disappear, also rotate to a different pokemon
I'm new to Pokemon Go (literally installed it today lol) and am looking forward to trying to get some of my favorite Pokemon, this is very helpful, thank you!
Animathyst pretty much same lol. it’s so much easier to level now though. I’ve been playing again for a week and I’m already at lvl 22 (up from 14 as well).
@@wonder777warrior6 yeah it def started getting harder (I am still lvl 22). though - I've been watching one of my PoGo friends go from lvl 21 to a quarter through lvl 23 in the last week! idk where the hell she's been walking so much??? is walking all she does? 😂 (& congrats on getting to lvl 23!)
I think it's pretty lame that they took over places of worship for their game. There's a hundred other kinds of places they could have picked. Competing with church is kind of a low blow to parents when they want their kids to stay focused in church.
I live in a village in England with nothing of interest, so the only pokestops for about 5 miles are 2 churches, and an old well which is down a dirt path so no good in winter. So if it wasn't for the churches it would be hard to play, however I agree partly. I respect they are places of worship and stay on the path out front when I go there, and won't go if the church is in use. I don't think niantic have done anything wrong but perhaps the players need to be considerate if they go
About 2 years ago (before the pokestop tracker) I would always see clefables and clefairies on the nearby. About a month later a wild dragonite spawned in my coldasac. After the pokestop tracker came out I got very sad because the only Pokestops are across the river by my house. I did actually end up seeing another dragonite nearby there.
I love how you think about others situations because some things are and are not accessible to others. None the less these tips are amazing and thanks for the help! 💖
The 5 tips where just basically the same but reworded. Take a good route, plan a good route, go on a good route with clusters, find a good route with good Pokemon, etc.
Dude theres this one trail by my house, that has 20 pokestops and most of the Pokemon there are charmanders, I went there once and was able to get my starter Charmander Pokemon to max Charizard in twenty, thirty minutes
The fact that you are still responding to comments is great! I recently got back in after 2 years and I'm enjoying it. I live in a rural area but my local ballpark has like 5 Pokestops and a gym which is kinda great
Some of my tips Pokestops: Always hit the gym pokestops, you could get extra items (if your color owns the gym) Catching pokemon: Spin the pokeball, I dont know what it does but it helps! Catch mainly the pokemon types that go with the current weather , You can gain more stardust doing so If you have alot of pokeballs, catch as many pokemon to transfer (unless its new) for candies and EXP
Just coming back to this video to look over it again, been a little over a week since I started and I'm level 16 now and have been going out whenever possible. (I am younger.) And I'm pretty sure my park is a nest, forgot about the nest section and one day I went to the park and there were like 6 or 7 treeco (I probably spelt that wrong lol) that spawned simultaneously. Thanks again!
Second person I found in the last 24 hours on Pokemon Go Tutorials that is playing in Sacramento California. I lived there for 33 years but moved out of state 3 years ago.
When I was going to school I saw a charizard nearby and I was thinking should I go get it or go late to school I was like nah I’m not going late I could find a chairzard and when I came out of school I went to the same location and it was nearby and I caught it cp 2205
Our local park has very little spawns but what does seem to frequently be there is team rocket. We also live in the middle of nowhere with forest and farms. Wish they would have made farm like Pokemon spawn near actual farms lol. I would have alot of those.
thanks for commenting! rural gameplay is so tough! you all have it the worst. best bet is to memorize local locations and just go there to farm items. I also like using a GOTCHA or Pokemon GO Plus device for driving around. Sometimes you get surprises. Requires a lot of items though.
My house is a massive cluster. Whenever I open after like 30 mins there’s like at least 8 Pokémon on my house. Once there was a charizard, tonight there was a chansey, and there where 2 nine tales in the exact spot right outside of the reach from my house that I glitched over to, so who knows how often it’s been there. My street has also had like blastoise and other stuff like that so that’s really cool.
Played PoGo religiously when it came out and always hoped to luckily catch you out at Cameron Park Lake…just got back into playing again and first thing I did was hit your channel up looking for that sweet nostalgia ! Hope you’re doing well Jonno !
@@JonnoPlays yeah I feel you on that 100%. Wish I woulda coordinated with Alonso when I played soccer with him, woulda been sick to play with you guys. At least you had/have, Let’s Go and now Arceus which I’ve been watching you play. Love the content, keep it coming my dude.
I just started playing last night. I haven't left my house yet, but I'm level 5. I don't know if that is high or not, but it seems like there are a ton of pokemon just on the other side of the road, just out of my reach, because whenever I do find some, they're just on the edge of my reach.
sometimes if you open and close the game it will spawn pokemon without having to leave the house. you may even find certain rooms have bad gps and it will drift you to the spawns too. i never leave the house for spawns i just wait to drift to them.
I miss the vlogs too bro. The clusters are where people gather so it could be gas stations hotels etc. Don't go to dangerous places like bridges thats a bad idea lol
some of them are and some of them have been removed from the game by request from hospital security. your hospital should technically do the same thing so people don't creep through your building and parking lot. pokemon go removes assets like that on a case by case basis you have to contact them basically.
@@JonnoPlays Makes sense. We even have a gym and two pokestops here too. I haven't noticed any issues in the 3 years I've worked here. Until then it's a hell of a way to rack up the xp easily. Lol.
I live right next to a park and recently started playing the game again, I haven't figured out what type of nest the park is yet, but I see a lot of grass types and even caught my first shiny which was a roselia.
Right now I feel so dumb cuz I was at a store a few days ago and we were there for a while but for some reason I didn’t think to put a lure on the Poké stop
I finally joined my local pogo raid group on Discord and did my first raid run. It was really fun and cool meeting other people that love this game too. I got a shiny Lickitung on raid number 3 of 4. I made it a little late into the like 10 raid route, but everyone was very cool and stayed with me till I got my shiny. It was all In cars like a park and roll to the next , if you really like the game dont be scared to join on discord. I ended up knowing a few people anyways in our small town. I got the shiny, the rare Amomomola was on our radar all event long, people on discord would let us know which stop gave you the field research for the encounter and wild spawns, I was able to find mine in the wild after we was done raiding and I let them know where I caught it as some people didn't find one yet. It was in the city park too just like the video says. The only one I might not get is the shiny Chansey but I have the field research encounter in my que, so fingers crossed when I complete it and start the encounter that it comes out shiny or at least a decent IV Chansey.
I'm still raiding these days bit mostly remotely. Once I get my car running better, I'm going to try to make it in person more because it is fun driving around town with a group!
My town had a large grave yard at least 4000 graves at most 7000 Each grave was a pokestop But people started to break the graves with hammers and pickaxes Because people went to grave yard Now there are no pokestops at the grave yard
That's a really sad story. Unfortunately the people who made this game have no respect for the physical world their game is based on and they should never have encouraged people to play a game in a cemetery in the first place. It's one of the many huge mistakes the developers made. They put hundreds of pokestops where they shouldn't be and then they put no pokestops in normal places like parks. Cuz logic...
So im guessing you have some eeveelutions? I have 2 Eeveelutions (Umbreon and Lucky Glaceon) and collecting more Eevee's can make your team stronger just to let u know, because I was able to unlock the Ultra League and get a Rayquaza from a 5 star raid just with those eeveelutions. Use them to your advantage, thats all I am going to say.
Adieb The Nothing yeah, I have all the eeveeloutions and it kind of gets annoying when I need anything else. Now that the water festival has started, I am being swarmed with Carvanhas and eevees still.
That's legit. I never really distinguish between pokestop spawns and incense and whatnot since your biome determines what spawns for the most part. But that's interesting maybe there's some difference. Great perspective thanks for sharing
my two rarest spawn where these: 1. when i was lvl 6 I was just going with my parents far far away, so i thought, why not use pokemon go on the freeway.... and they i see it.... a freaking dragonite on my near by list, i was only lvl 6 and there were no dittos yet, so i just wanted to deinstall the game. 2. I was just roaming in my city and suddenly a aerodactly spawns infront of me, 2 minutes later, a second aerodactyl spawn in front of me with a freaking shiny seel
Tyvm. Incredibly informative, well articulated, and also intelligently written. Going to subsrcibe. Hope you aren't offended but in my mind I think of you as Riker from STNG. You're #1. Not just because of simular physical likeness. You rock! "Keep up the good work, #1."
that's just not how the spawns work. there are rare spawns everywhere. unfortunately you have to go to where the spawns are to get them otherwise you won't get spawns. if you don't get spawns where you are playing then play somewhere else. wherever you find the most spawn points is the good place to play. sadly that is gas stations, hotels and grocery stores.
The rarest Pokémon that I ever found was a wild gyradose next to a church, but it fled Edit: Oh, and I’ve noticed that I have tons of clusters in EVERY SINGLE PARKING LOT THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN
So I haven’t played go in a couple of years and continued playing the main series games. I’m a shiny hunter and I really want to get back into go and shiny hunt aswell. These were great tips but do you have any ideas on how to get better Pokémon for gyms? Would you use candies or do you think it would be better to just look for that Mon?
Oh I live in a quite small town of italy Some months ago there is the spawn of clefairy, but honestly i have never found a dragonite (i dont live in mountain!) Its quite impossibile for me finding totally evolved pokémon. Ah now in the spawn area of my town there is a big ammount of wobbuffet
