If only Mark of Counter was a debuff.. I mean, WHY is it NOT?? If so, you can make a Clara + Lynx(or March) + Topaz + Dr. Ratio which is gonna be a "FUA go brrrr" team

@@bernardwijaya1792 It is and SHOULD be a debuff. Without burden on them they do not take extra damage. It is quite literally... A debuff. It just does not count for one, it counts as a "Mark" which... Maybe we get characters in future that are like "If a character is "MARKED" does so and so" Maybe spreads the mark across all enemies or something, now that would be pretty insane.

Another underrated thing about Hanya is her passive/talent for dual-DPS comps, 2-turn 30% DMG buff on anyone that hits the burdened target with a basic, skill, or ult. (up to 43% DMG @ E6) Ruan Mei would be best for dual-dps atm of course but Hanya is a great f2p option.

I think Hanya Xueyi are 'under-rated' simply because people don't have them, or only have them at like e0 or e1 and just figure that it isn't worth building a 4* that is still at e0 or e1. as F2P, I'd like to level up all my characters and stuff, but my materials is actually pretty strapped. Every time a new 5* comes out that I skipped 2-3 for to get, I'm all out of books, batteries, trace materials, ascension materials, etc. I used to lose all my credits too but those kinda been in the 10m+ ever since I hit 80.

That’s tough! Are you playing a couple days a week? I am in the building to many characters at 1 time group of players; however, I can lvl 70 two or more characters in a patch, so maybe it’s just your resource farming needs some attention.

Serval is just a victim of unfortunate circumstances. JY is released quite early in the game with Kafka later introduced shortly after so people who are pulling for them have 0 reason to max her out. And Acheron also coming and all 5 star have aoe so we hardly ever need to build a 4 star lightning dps.

Yeah Acheron is gonna put my Kafka on the bench 💀 Kafka gonna regret costing me 180 pulls and Black Swan gonna regret costing me 160 pulls *and still hasn't come home yet* So I said you know what? FUCK. DOT. TEAMS. Gimme Acheron and let me use my Welt with her! Black Hole squad!!! She's getting my Guarentee and I'm also gonna get her lightcone and put whatever I have left into E1 - E2. But Serval prolly still best for Pure Fiction... She's just so easy to use on autobattle purefiction 3stars.

As F2P I only have Serval and Tingyun Combo for lightning coverage. She deal 21k with besic attack,150k skill and 250k for ultimate , I love her !

Hanya helps a lot her sister in reaching 145+ speed for the Talia set, so I use them often together.

I’ve played since day 1 and E6 serval is still my main lightning dps. Might change with archeron, but Serval is fantastic. Also low-key one of the best written characters. Love that Belabog arc.

Xueyi was and still is my main dps (started playing durinf Argenti and silver wolf rerun banners), only recently i have built blade and going to build Dr. Ratio, now saving for Topaz and Aventurine for follow up teams.

I have rn at E5 looking forward E6 Xueyi but my focus diverted when i was able to pull for BladeE0S1 he’s my current carry that is build well than my other characters. Im also saving for topaz for dr. Ratio im planning to pair them up with my guinafen and probably Aven or Gallagher 😊

If it was a debuff, bosses or enemies that cleanse would delete half of her kit lol. It was a debuff I'd imagine it could be effect resd without high effects hit rate too. I don't think it's really so bad that it's treated as an other effect tbh

Then you say Tingyun’s value might drop and Hanya’s go up when units come out that don’t use energy? That’s 1 unit. She just doesn’t give enough unique buffs, speed and atk are too common.

She's more skill point positive than Tingyun and Ruan Mei and her speed lets her generate SP faster. Her main competition isn't other (4*) harmony units but Pela, whose defense shred usually is a much bigger damage increase.

I don’t have Jing Yuan nor Kafka. This MoC really favors Lightning and my E6 Serval is the carry that got me enough power to 36 star the MoC and fully clear PF as well. She’s worth the investment. I also built Asta as the team speed buffs helped me in PF tremendously.

In my personal opinion the most underrated character is Natasha, people often say that Lynx powercrept her, but in my experience Natasha is generally the better choice, simply due to the fact that she has better numbers while also being easier to play.

@@yonathanhaile631 I have checked it multiple times, while Lynx has slightly better multipliers on Skill + continuous from talent, Natasha's has: higher base HP, extra 10% Outgoing Healing from A4, lower energy cost for ult, and you know her whole Talent which provides a ton of Outgoing Healing when someone needs it. Also when I noticed that Natasha is better than Lynx I specifically checked stats, because maybe "its just better Relics", but nope, at that time they had basically the same stats (with only difference being effects from LC's, with Lynx having better one), and my Lynx had all her Traces at lvl 10, while Natasha had hers at lvl 6 (E5 Lynx vs E2 Natasha). If anything it was biased in Lynx's favor, and Natasha was simply better, and by pretty big margin (basically hoping to get lucky with enemy targeting vs very comfortable, even with bad rng).

@@LivthaI use Perfect Timing, mostly because I got a lot of copies of it, and didn't check if I actually got a better option since 1.3. That said all Abundance LCs are pretty good for Lynx, so "the best" mostly depends on the team.

If Natasha works for you, awesome. I do recall considering her back into the team in case Lynx’s healing was too low, which for a while, does felt like she’s healing less. Lynx is a lot better once fully invested, though, more because my teams needed less healing through more invested relics.

The thing with Hanya is, even tho the extra skill points are nice, she adds really little on the damage side. I struggled to clear hard content using her. Also if the rotation gets mixed up, the skill point flow gets disrupted and it can be very frustrating. It's probably fixable tho.

Unfortunately it was under the Hanya section which is going to age poorly. If we hypothetically possibly get a unit that doesn't need energy, it may come with a tradeoff such as hypothetically possibly being dependent on nihility path team mates which Hanya is not a part of. This is why sometimes it is worth remembering to not hyper-fixate on only one aspect like energy and base a whole argument around that. We can even already test this in practice by pairing Hanya with Ratio. Since Burden is not treated as a debuff by the game, Ratio's talent can't benefit from it.

IPC is the most hated organisation in all of Hoyoverse, Topaz suffered because of that, Aventurine is probably also going to have low sales. They'll need to really come up with a big twist that changes people's perspective on the IPC in the future to increase their sales and usage rate, or they have to be as OP as Ruan Mei to overcome hate.

I'm using Asta and Serval today in MOC and they are proving their worth. you can make any character work in the right circumstances and with good strategy. so happy to be able to use my favorite characters

Very good video, hanya really is underrated, i have been using her in every MoC phase for 3 stars ever since she came out, mostly with DHIL but also with Seele sometimes. She really helped me as someone who doesn't have ruan mei, also the new MoC favors her because its made for sparkle and she also gives skill points

Not sure i'd call Xueyi, Topaz, or Asta underrated considering the vast majority of the playerbase have only ever spoken positively about them. Keep in mind that not every character ranked low or mid on tier lists gets trash talked. For example, no one ever really trashes March's kit even if she's never been hyped. Yukong is a mixed bag. And Gepard, despite being ranked mid in a lot of tier lists, is spoken about positively the majority of the time. The characters that get trash talked the most are Yanqing, Bailu, Arlan, Physical TB, Sampo, and Natasha. The only time anyone speaks positively about them is as a reaction to someone trash talking them. Before Pure Fiction, Herta and Himeko were spoken about negatively all the time, too. If anything i'd argue Xueyi is overrated given the amount of positive hype she receives in the community. Her stats are high because of how she turns break effect into DMG, but her skill/ultimate/FUA modifiers are low. This means she doesn't scale as well as other characters in a team with meta supports. This also means she's annoying to farm for because she needs double crit substats AND break effect, unlike other DPS characters that only need double crit substats.

Hanya has always been my top tier support for IL and qq ever since she was released, even over Tingyun. I had no idea why people were calling her shit. This being said, I do agree that she will be replaced by Sparkle once she releases.

I think they are fairly rated lol, the other supports are just too crack in comparison. The more 5* Harmony characters we get the less useful the 4* will be, except for Tingyun for obvious reasons.

I'm still trying to figure out whether I should build Xueyi or Qingque as a Quantum damage dealer. I feel like Xueyi would be more versatile and fun, but people have said she requires way more investment to reach her maximum damage than almost any other character right now.

I will be completely honest. I think even max investment Xuei cannot compare with decent QQ. Being universal is good, but in long run most universal feature of DPS is simply their damage output. Of course, there is always waifu clause. Ultimately follow your heart and build whoever you want (but you should want QQ!)

@@chickensky1121 Other did and found what is fairly obvious from QQ and Xueyi respective kits (I admit I myself wouldn't be able get adequate dmg from Xueyi to compare them myself (as you need be consistently able get breaks) and it's pure and simple skill issue). Nonetheless QQ has higher attack stat, more self buffs and with better modifiers and QQ doesn't need help of teammates to be able do relatively consistent follow up attacks. Xueyi get more from her ultimates and have 5 more speed, but I don't think it make up difference. Plus Xueyi being dependant on breaking, will loose lot of damage when facing boss enemies without lot of minions. As ironic as it sounds, QQ is more consistent.

When you are restricted on resources and stamina, people tend to not want to build characters that aren’t meta, since it will slow your progress a lot. I wish I could use all my units. But limited level resources, stamina gating relics and ascension resources, I have to focus on making teams first.

One of my fav teams is Jing Yuan, Tingyun, Hanya and Fu Xuan. And having seen the most recent MOC data, folks can back me up lol Also Jing Yuan is great with all the new recent buffs!

I’ve been using Jing Yuan with Ruan Mei, Tingyun, and Bailu usually (switch with HuoHuo if there are debuffs to avoid). I like using Bailu with them most since it’s really difficult when there isn’t debuffs to avoid but enemies hit hard.

Topaz is similar to Kafka but always remains one step behind. With the release of Dr. Ratio, everyone is finally guaranteed one character that synergizes with her, while Kafka had 3 4* options on release and got one more with Guinaifen. Now that she's gotten Black Swan, Kafka pulls ahead even further. Maybe Aventurine will help Topaz catch up. Note that while Dr. Ratio is everything Topaz wants, Topaz herself doesn't provide enough debuffs for Dr. Ratio unless you invest further in her with her E1 and S1.

You can use Pela with Acheron, instead of Welt. Especially since Welt is more SP hungry and Acheron wants to spam skills.

@@The_CodFish69 if they're asking if they should raise Welt to pair with Acheron, I would assume they have yet to level up Welt. There are multiple 4* that are cheaper and more efficient to build and gives Acheron more benefits. So, Pela or even Gui would already be sufficient. Plus, Welt is often used as a DPS so sometimes if you're in a multiple enemy scenario, you can't even apply your debuffs with Welt consistently cuz he's usually built with crit instead of EHR. Again, not to mention, Acheron would want SP positive teammates and teammates who can action advance forward her. For action advance, Bronya and Hanabi. For sp positive and debuffing (and most likely Nihility) teammates, SW or Pela or Gui. And honestly.. she doesn't really NEED a 2nd Nihility unit, cuz her own damage is already huge plus she has all-type Res as well. So + Pela Def shred and a total of at least 2 debuffs Pela gives, it's already enough for about 400k dmg with just her skill.

@@The_CodFish69 your choice to do either 2 times of 400k dmg, 800k dmg total with 2 Nihility unit or 4 times of 400k dmg, 1600k with 1 Nihility and 1 Harmony (such as Hanabi or Bronya)🤷🏻‍♂️

Imo, Acheron best teams would be Fu Xuan + SW + Hanabi or an alternative Luocha(or anyone) + Pela + Bronya. I feel like Xueyi can rise up in meta when Break Effect teams are favoured. Put her in a team with Gallagher + Harmony TB + Ruan Mei and you can kill anyone without needing to care about element without SW.

Hanya still has an advantage against her 4 star peers which is she offers 40% damage increase that is permanent. Everyone else either only offers attack, speed and etc. Those who do offer damage % increase has a downtime (Tingyun for example only increases damage % by 2 turns, and she can only ult every 3 turns, so 1 turn downtime)

Another factor that many people didn't know is Hanya's Burden Skill buffs all of the attacker who attacked the target marked with Burden. You literally see it on your character's buff window. It's called "Sanction". The skill description must be updated. Hanya can litererally buff your whole team if they attack the target marked with Burden. Not to mention the SP burden provides.

They really need to make more and better 4 star Harmony supports because after the release of Sparkle, the only 4 star harmony most people are going to use would be Tingyun. If you have Ruan Mei, Sparkle, and Bronya, the only 4 star support worth leveling up and using is Tingyun.

I can clear the newest MoC with topaz and ratio. Since my DHIL team can't clear it. Indeed she is pretty underrated for dual dps team

I use Hanya cause I have an account where I only use gray/white hair characters. I think she’s good but just doesn’t have enough going on to entice people to build/use her. Atk and speed buff is the same as what Asta provides but Hanya’s is single target. Hanya has the advantage of “debuffing” one enemy and recovering skill points, but quite a few main DPSes don’t need a lot of skill points (Blade, Jing Liu) and the recovery isn’t so much that it’s life changing for DHIL or QQ mains. And with Sparkle coming out who is quantum so perfect for mono quantum skill point heavy DPSes, QQ and Seele, she has even less of a role in teams. The “debuff” is nice but it’s single target so only Hunt mains would value that, but Ratio mains would prefer to get someone that can debuff in the way that counts for his FUA buffs. I do think if she’d come out in the peak of mono-DPS meta, she’d have gotten more usage

The problem with Hanya's Skill...is that you need to HIT the marked target first to get Skillpoints. And too bad she is restricted and cannot apply multiple Marks on targets.

Not quite, but you don’t need Hanya in the first place if you have at least 2 SP positive units in the team for DHIL to always use his strongest attack everytime.

Sorry, but Asta was a lazy pick… because I havent heard that she is underrated, everyone thought that she is good. She was not meta, but everyone thinks she is broken. I’m advocating for March7th as last underrated pick. March is not played only because people somehow think that there should be only one sustain characted. Put her in perserveration+ abundance comp and March work as backup dps with followup attacks and Hertas store light cone will give her shield that she doesnt need to press E to get followups. Give shield to Clara to make her go ham with aggro draw. Or give shield to Blade or litterally any Destr path characted to receive attacks and get energy from it

Only in the eyes of western players. CN legit fully aware how strong he is because he brute force every content even against 40% Lightning Res with Only Asta, Tingyun, any Sustain. Funny how people are praising Jingliu for brute forcing MOC(saw a reddit post of Jingliu mains getting clowned on for doing this tho), when Jing Yuan mains and Kafka mains have been doing it since their release.

I've seen alot of builds, most people don't even bother to get up to 60% crit rate and then complain about dmg. A F2P Jing Yuan should have 75/130 at least. My Jing Yuan is 73/139 and there isn't anything with lightning weakness I have struggled with. With Fu Xuan I get some CC protection and up to 95%crit rate. I can do up to 140k per lightning lord with the Tingyun Asta comp, even more with Sparkle in place of Asta

I think it's fairly obvious why noone properly appreciate Xueyi. QQ exist and is honorable 5*. Even with universal weaknes hreak it's difficulht tho compehte with Qingquilion damage...
