It's so funny to see those horror covers and seductive covers one minute and then little Dot the next. That paint reminded of an April fool by a builders supply company in the UK called B & Q. Many years ago now, they advertised in the papers with a double page centre spread on the 1st April they were selling on special offer their new rainbow paint! They had queues at the doors of their stores, until the penny dropped! Another great selection Alan, looking forward to the next twenty!
I would add the red skull as a big bad guy too. Because of the world impact he would have if he was successful in his endeavors. Very nice books! Amazing to see such a fine collection.
I say the grade doesn’t matter as much as how much it presents. Especially when slabbed. The Startling and the Blue Beetle may be my favorite books in your collection. It’s all about the cover.
What a diverse set of books, Allan. Don't fret the Bender book, it sure seems to present better than a 3.0-3.5 to me from what I can see. Love that Witches Tales book. That X-men #1 is "well loved".
