I was asked an equality and diversity question at mine, give an example of a time when you promoted someones equality or diversity ... just letting everyone know!

@@zarlasht_kosha7782 helping to get a person a halal diet sorted therefore supporting their spiritual /religious needs, that was in a care home that I worked for..., and offering to get a person a hearing loop to help them communicate as they were hard of hearing.

@@LoopyBeans Hi Bob. Thanks for asking. The interview went well. I passed it, placed on the list of qualified library assistants and am open to further opportunities when more vacancies available. A nicer way to say that I don't get the job, haha… but due to the enormous number of applicants. Optimist ✌️ Thanks again. Very kind of you asking.

Who is the narrator and what are his qualifications for dishing out this advice? Some of his answers make me think that he hasn't actually worked in a library.
