thank you very much for watching and for appreciating our video! 🙏🏽😊 Alghero is nicely connected to some of the best beaches of Sardinia, but it´s a big city. Maybe Bosa and Posada could be good options for you as the coast is very near, but we were driving all the time, so we cannot help you with the public transport. Baunei, Lollove and Seulo are wonderful, but located in the mountains and I see that could be a problem to move to the coast by bus. If you are looking for incredible and easy accessible beaches, but you don´t need a historic beautiful town, then you can check the towns of San Teodoro and Villasimius. We have posted long travel videos all of these places if you want more information about restaurants and hotels. Wish you a wonderful trip to Sardinia! Thanks for watching! We landed at Cagliari airport and rented a car there. We have posted a whole Travel Series of Sardinia with details about transportation and accommodation, you can check all the places that we visited in chronological order and decide where to go, it´s difficult for us to choose, but if you go 10 days, we advise to focus in the East and North of the island this time, as those were probably our favourite places, we visited some incredible places in the West too, but not that many. The rules for car hiring are the same that in the rest of the European Union, we strongly advise to get a full insurance with the car rental company, as the roads sometimes were not great, there will be much more traffic in August too, we visited in May before the high season started.
