I: give up material early on thinking I'm being aggressive. Rest of the game continue to give up more material thinking I'm continuing to be aggressive. Eventually left with no material

for we all need Jesus, all sin and fall short of The glory of God and the wages of sin is death. the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord, for Jesus died on the cross and rose again and by His blood our sins are forgiven. there is no other way than Jesus for He is The Way The Truth The Life and no one comes to The Father except through Him. for it is by declaring with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you are saved see romans 10:9-13, i encourage you to read your Bible and invite The Holy Spirit to guide your mind as you read, john romans psalms luke and mark are good places to start. God bless God Jesus The Holy Spirit love you and be with you forevermore in Jesus Name we pray amen :) only One God our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ i am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. galatians 2:20 in Jesus Name we pray amen, pray for the peace of israel pray for those who are persucated for righteousness sake for their is the kingdom of heaven see matthew 5:10 pray for the brethren pray for me in all things praying for you in Jesus Name we pray amen may you believe in Jesus and be saved in Jesus Name we pray amen i encourage you to repent of your sins turn from them and come to believe in Jesus for it is by declaring with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you are saved and all who truly put their trust in Him will never be put to shame in Jesus Name we pray amen in Jesus Name we pray amen (see romans 10-11) for the kingdom of heaven is at hand, no one is promised tomorrow and Jesus alone saves all in Jesus Name we pray amen God bless God Jesus The Holy Spirit love you and be with you forevermore praying for you pray for me in all things through trials and temptations and sin and to be more Christ like everyday for Jesus is perfect and the same always in Jesus Name we pray men Jesus loves us all and died and rose again to save us all for by His blood our sins are forgiven, it is God's gift to us to be saved for we do not deserve it and we can not earn it but when we believe in Jesus we are saved and have passed over from death to life with God and Jesus forevermore in Jesus Name hey only God Jesus The Holy Spirit are perfect and only One God our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and we can be made righteous when we come to Jesus for while we have sinned and fall short of The glory of God Jesus The Holy Spirit but when we believe in Jesus and come to Him our sins are forgiven and we can turn from sin and wickedness and live a life worthy to Jesus in Jesus Name we pray amen Wherewith shall I come before the Lord, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old? 7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 8 He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? micah 6:6-8 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. john 14:6-7 do not use The Lord's Name in vain instead honor God love God with all heart soul and mind and love your neighbor as yourself, believe in The One God has sent Jesus Christ for this is The Work of God in Jesus Name we pray amen That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. romans 10:9-13 only God Jesus The Holy Spirit are perfect and when we come to Jesus we can be saved for by His blood our sins are forgiven and when we believe we are saved, i encourage you to read your Bible for it alone is God's Word for us and invite The Holy Spirit into your life for it is God's Word and Spirit that give light and life to all for Jesus is The Living Word and all who believe in Jesus are saved and have passed over from death to life. they re no longer separated from God for eternity but have life and peace with God and Jesus forevermore, instead of being condemned to the lake of fire we have life in the new heaven the new earth and the new jerusalem where there is no more death or mourning or sorrow or crying or pain or sin for Jesus bore them all on the cross taking them away forevermore and when we truly believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior we are saved in Jesus Name we pray amen come into The Kingdom of Light accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior today amen amen For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son john 3:16-18 come to know Jesus today He died on the cross for our sins and rose again, so we can live with Him forever because He loves us, by His blood He has victory over sin, death and hell amen. The Danish is probably my favorite to use when playing with newer players; they seem too eager to collect a lot of my pawns, because they make the classic rookie mistake of thinking that lots of pawns automatically means they're winning, and then when I start getting aggressive with my back row pieces, they almost freeze out of surprise

These videos are made for low rated players playing against low rated players hence there are fair chances it will work accordingly. Under 1400 I guess the more educated of the two is winning because most players still play "instinctively" at those levels. Meaning with experience acquired, which is great, yet not the education and game theory required to reach +1500.

For a long time those gambits were the reason I wouldn't play 1...e5 but French instead. Now I'm more confident, there are ways to keep the balance (take the pawn but give it back later, often playing d5 in the course). BTW. Vienna gambit or Evans gambit probably are both more dangerous than King's gambit. Falkbeer all the way against 2.f4!

As black you definitely need a response to 1.d4, and as white playing 1.e4 - to Sicilian, Scandinavian and French defences. So for the first one I've chosen the Albin counter-gambit, and for others - respectively Smith-Morra, Blackmar-Diemer and 2.b3 which is confusingly either Reti gambit or Papaticulat, whatever that word means. Also I'm very fond of Icelandic gambit as black, which stems from the Scandinavian. It is really aggressive especially when you manage (and you often do) to castle long and place both your rooks on the central files, it's just great.

i nominate the carokann cave man! *1.e4 c5 2.d4 d5 3.e5 Bf5 4. h4 h5 5. Bg5* in virtually EVERY LINE, white can get a winning advantage in under 20 moves. in testing it with stockfish 9, the ONLY chess engine besides aggression tuned rodent that sees white having an advantage. in virtually EVERY GAME, cocky engines start out thinking they're up to -2 as black only to be owned by stockfish and eventually realize that they ARE starting to lose. so far, the best any engine has been able to perform is += into the 20s. no engine has even secured an advantage yet and in the games i let play out, stockfish usually mates before move 40! if you check goeller's EXCELLENT caveman theory and annotated games, most of those line favor white too. it can get ugly for white sacking the queen's rook, but it gives awesome minor piece initiative on the kingside where black's rooks and king's bishop are useless, especially for player that like knight pairs (in the main lines). i'm finding improvements over some of goeller's theory with stockfish (or much higher ratings from stockfish than goeller asseses) too which i'm using exclusively to analyze caveman games because it seems to "understand" the initiative. it can be "wildly optimistic" thinking it's +5 vs another engine seeing =, but as it pretty much always wins, i consider the optimism well placed. i really want to study the theory which i'm still generating as well as converting into tree form and test drive it. as white's "worst threat" seems to be equality in just a very few main lines, the opening seems worthy of the title "outright refutation" where a rare draw is "the worst outcome". of course, in the hairy sharp positions that occur, it might not fare as well over the board where mere mortals don't play perfectly. any "more aggressive" improvement i've attempted goes south quickly... as fast as 6 points in one move. watching engine after engine get it's optimism smacked off its face by "crazy" stockfish who think gambiting it's rook is awesome and pulling +5 after +5 by move 15 against other engines is amazing. i used to dread facing the carokann... now i want some payback! (like the kind i got when i started spanking sicilians regularly with the smith morra... my favorite opening ever, so far)

Woooow you sound deep man . This makes me wonder whether i know how to play chess
@rare_grooves_shack_1983
@rare_grooves_shack_1983 Год назад
@@kajookirks5737 not really. the only reason I study chess is that I am 110% unable to wrap my head around abstract positional concepts I can't visualize the same way i can tactics. Since discovering lichess, I see that the caveman's results are 60% wins to 37% losses in the *1.e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 Bf5 4.h4 h5 5.Bg5 Qb6* "main line" with players rated under 2000. the next popular reply, *5...f6* occurs 1/6th of the time as the mainline at 15,839 games vs 2,541 and at 58% to 39% is just as bad with white winning "just" 53% to 43% (the worst performance to ANY black reply) after *5...Qa5* at just 1,693 games. I don't know WHY, I just know stockfish destroyed EVERY engine i threw at it by move 15 with only one rare line leading to equality. I just looked at the stats. It doesn't mean I know anything beyond that. I think I need to revisit it as I thought it was performing equally for some reason and I hate the carokann. in ALL 24,159 caveman games under 2000, the total average is a whopping 59:37 after *5.Bg5* and if someone were to study the theory and keep playing the moves that perform best, the stats will only improve from there as white's mistakes affect the stats too. I'm glad I popped in to reply here. I really need to start learning the cave man. Years ago, the first time i tried to play it, my opponent ran away after Bg5! Not doing great with the smith morra anymore as mindlessly playing for the old mainline with Qe2 and rooks on open d & c no longer works at all as black has found new theory. I've been trying to write theory for that, but there are soooo many transpositions in and out of the paulsen formation it gets confusing. i just started 4...e6 after the 4...Nf6 "main line" and already have found about 30 transpositions and that's in just 1 1/2 4th move replies! it'll likely get up to 40 before i even get to 4...g6 when fianchettos happen in a ton of lines. the upside is that i've found sooo many awesome super tactical new to me lines that lead to advantage including forcing black to sack his queen for a MINOR piece to stop mates with white's pawn on d6 attacking pinned knights and bishops. FORGET BOOKS! if you like gambits, find 'em on youtube channels like this, then go to lichess and filter out results over 2000 and simply follow every line that performs best for every opponent move until you've punished EVERY mistake (in amateur games, sometimes the WORST move including loss to mates in 1 are actually the "main line" with hardly anyone making the ONLY good move in a position. don't listen to grandmaster parrots who mindlessly blurt "gambits are unsound"!!! at the amateur level, the most common ones like king's gambit, smith morra, blackmar diemer, and french diemer dumh & reti tend to PERFORM around 8% better than the SO CALLED "sound" lines parrots try to cram down your throat! the STRONGEST performing reply to king's gambit is A COUNTER GAMBIT! the falkbeer! I remember begging for amateur theory as far back as 2000, just to get theory for all the real world replies grandmasters ignore in their books, but now see it as a gold mine of punishing amateur mistakes. like I argued with a GM parrot, stats don't lie, i NEVER face anyone over 1800, and amateurs don't play like grandmasters. in fact, i play BETTER against 1800s because they've moved past THEIR kamikaze days and don't play weird systems that confuse me. it's EASIER to get breathing room because they just quietly develop while i'm looking to attack whatever asap. I started out at 1850 at lichess (i'm back down to high 1500s now) but was able to hold that high a rating for something like 50 games, even clawing back up to 1820 from 1780 for a minute "playing unsound gambits" without even studying theory! it's DELICIOUS beating +300 rated players in just a dozen moves.

Muller-Schulze Gambit (halloween gambit) imo is the most tactical. and cochrane the least tactical. probably because it gets so much initial compensation (two pawns, king off balance, better center) that white can play a pressure game. most wins by black are long and grindy, whereas wins with white are quicker but rarely miniatures.
@ChessdumyTV
@ChessdumyTV 9 лет назад
David Bandel The halloween gambit seems more positional to me actually. Its all about initiative and a space advantage (Those are the two main goals of the player using the halloween gambit).
@davidbandel9203
@davidbandel9203 9 лет назад
***** feels different to me. like in the halloween gambit you need to attack and capitalize on the imbalances generated quickly and if you lose the initiative, then you're finished. whereas in cochrane you can play a fairly long game. short shirov 2002 is a good example
