Yes it varies greatly from team to team. For example tomorrow in our org it's a holiday(friday) because its the third friday of the month. Apart from that every Friday is a no meeting day. Then we strictly keep our meetings between 10-6 on the other days. Etc. You can watch my video on this very topic for my own experience. ☺️

Facebook and Netflix doesn't have tech offices in India. And the non tech presence doesn't have transfer facilities as they are country specific offices. Apart from Apple does not have a flexible transfer options
Suppose I'm working as frontend engineer at amazon or google or other any good company, and I want to switch to software engineer within same organization. So I will give interview and suppose I don't clear that interview, will my current position(frontend engineer) will remain or they might fire me?
Why would they fire you. This is known as role transition m for role transition you don't give an interview. There are many many other things that you need to do in order to do that. There are clearly defined guidelines for it.

Nope not true. There are two types of L1 VISA. L1a and L1b. What you are talking about is L1a. Under L1b anyone with specialized knowledge can get a transfer. Which includes any employee of these companies.
Again, this statement assumes that teir 3 guys aren't smart. That's just wrong. There are equally smart guys in tier 3 colleges as well, if not more. Obviously my statement doesn't mean that everybody can get. What I mean is college doesn't play a role for international offers. 😊
My qualification is Diploma in computer engineering.. B. C. A from corresponding.. M. SC from corresponding.. And I have 15 yrs of experience from which 8yrs is cognizant. Am trying for onsite project but they saying no due to my qualification. Only degree holders are eligible.. Is that true?

Nope. People all the time go to silicon valley and new york. But financially speaking, Seattle is better because there is no state income tax in Seattle, but in SF it is around 9-10%. 🌝🌝

@@SoumyajitBhattacharyay Keep mic a bit closer , near collar. Apart from that I think audio problem can be solved by these three ways - 1. Using a Pro level mic ( like Blue Yeti or SHURU mics) 2. Using acoustic foam on walls & roof , so that sound waves get absorbed. 3. In Post Production by using any Professional Audio editing software. 👍🏻
