Very well explained, we can do one addition here as both user and book have barcode we can have a separate interface or class for barcode with helps in defining the barcode and assigning it.
I have a small doubt here, Why cannot we define the search and book issue service functions inside the Memeber class, since it will already be inherited by the User and Librarian class? This would also help us override the search method for eg. in case we don't want to show lost books to customer but librarian can still see it. Can we override the Search class methods from the Customer class in java ?
yup absolutely novice advice given by this guy, costs are way out of place even accounting for inflation retrospectively 2 years before. No way its this cheap. And NO Singapore does have PR but there are certain criterias you can find them on Singapore government website, in summary if you want to attempt free PR route you have to qualify for "extremely talented in a specific field criteria" or pay them upwards of 1-2 million USD or more for long term visa which instantly qualifies you for PR after certain period of stay in the country. Else pay 5 million USD or more to qualify for citizenship by investment. The rates change depending on demand and market conditions. When I discussed the estimates given here with people from law firms like Jaanik and Apactrust and certain contacts from Aspire, they took it as a bad joke. we are currently trying to setup incorporation in singapore and i can tell you the barrier to entry for new startups or job seekers are quite high, if you have an established business somewhere else migrating or expanding in singapore is quite easy and you can get those tax exemtions, also NO YOU STILL PAY INCOME TAX FROM THE SALAY AND SINCE ITS TIERED IT INCREASES EVERYTIME YOUR SAVINGS EXCEEDS A MONTLY THRESHOLD SO IT GOES FROM 2% TO 24% over time; ALSO HAS TERRITORIAL TAX ON CORPS. ~25% SO NO ITS NOT A "TAX HAEVAN" AS SUCH LIKE CAYMAN ISLANDS, BERMUDA, ETC. Also TAX rate is on plan to be increased from next budget, They have already done so for GST this year. For anybody starting out i would rather suggest you to find jobs or start business in Malaysia instead Like in KLCC or especially targetting JOHR BARU which is just on the border ans is as developed as singapore and comes with more territorial tax exemtions and is much cheaper for new comers, plus being in the vicinity of singapore its hardly a 30 min drive and you can still enjoy benifits of singapore. Once you are quite well to do then later shift to singapore; thats exactly what most people tend to do here. PLS DO BETTER RESEARCH NEXT TIME, THIS IS HIGHLY SUPERFICIAL AND MISLEADING AT BEST.
One input from my side: at 3.22 min timestamp, when you define API is ParkingSpaceAvailableForVehicle, instead of boolean return ,I think we should return List<Floor> floors where parking is available
Gave an interview in DP world, wasn't a great experience. The behaviour of the panel was very very casual and disrespectful. Loads of back ground noise, interviewer getting up and leaving seat to grab coffee and another making hand gestures to other guys on the floor amid me answering questions and then asking me the same question over again. I'm like, why don't you go to the conference room and take the call? The interviewers were late by 10 mins. Very unprofessional behaviour. Sorry to say, I'll not work for such company ever where your manager doesn't have basic interviewing etiquettes.
The firm does major reorgs too n has unrealistic work expectations so u can be asked to leave at any point of time...there is that lingering fear of getting fired..
The grocery expense and the salary range for sde seems way off i think. if you browse the job board websites like mycareersfuture.gov.sg, companies mostly pay around 6-9k$ for upto 7 years of experience. and by no means if you have lunch 20 days a month, its not going to cost you 220. its way off. its around 300-400$ range. I wont even touch grocery for full month, but if cooking from home, thats easily 1000$ plus for 2 people.
But isn't it very tough for an Indian guy to get permanent residency let alone citizenship in USA? As far as I know, it is easier to get PR in European countries. Please correct me in case I am wrong.
I think it would have been better if you have just gone through a quick look of requirements, anyways it was great video as i am watching it after 3 years of upload👍
Great video ! I have a small doubt though. The admin class has methods like addParkingFloor(), addParkingSpace(), addParkingDisplayBoard. Isnt this class voilating the single responsibility principle ? Shouldnt we just keep admin related information in the admin class and have another class which exposes these functions as APIs and allows admin to interact with these APIs? Same thing for ParkingAttendant class.
The Expenses for Berlin are way off. I live in Germany for 3 years. 1. Lunch => almost all FAANG or even average companies provides lunch or subsidized lunch. 2. Eating out => no where in Germany you can spend 75 euro for a single meal. It is way off. The highest you may spend in a fancy restaurant would be 45 - 50. On most occasions, it would cost 20 - 25 euro to eat out. 15 - 20 euro to order at home. 3. Rent => Room which is similar to a 18k room in India ( considering Bangalore / Gurgaon ), would be somewhere around 1000 - 1200 euro. 4. Phone => The best phone plan would be up to 20 euro.
You will not eat out only once in the entire month. I have considered ordering in 3-4 times a month and going outside to eat 3-4 times a month. 🙃 Phone plan is being considered with unlimited data and calls in the mind.
@@SoumyajitBhattacharyay I appreciate your response and in general this and other comparative videos. What I meant with the comment about eating was that ideally it should be like -> 4*30 ( eating out ) + 4*20 ( ordering from outside ) = 200 euro. Trust me this number is above average in terms of eating out.
Hello Soumyajit, Do you want to improvise the list to see the situation of 2024, it would be helpful. Awesome work, super helpful content, recently watched a couple of your videos and I must say GOOD JOB. @soumyajit
Hello Soumyajit, Kudos on making such informative content. @3.41 User extends Customer but customer has a attribute customerId which should be generated after the customer is regisetered, so if guest extends Customer the attribute customerId is also extended
