@@robertograjales9890 I kind of messed up my answer for that but the interviewer said you could encourage people to try things on at home and they can then return things within the next 30 days if they aren’t right! Sorry for my late reply, also sidenote- didn’t get the job 😂

I got those exact questions i was a bit stumbled on the line at the fitting rooms not gonna lie but when i left and got home i realised they can take it home and refund it if it doesn't fit 🤣😅 i just reccomended they go windowshopping in primark for a bit to see if the queue dies down a bit when they come back

forgot to update LOL, i did get the job at the time! im back to this video now because i had quit before to focus on uni but im reapplying now :)

@@mxlz.04 Nah mate i don’t think I got the job but the video massively helped and it was a good experience First questions were to do with flexibility and availability Then what you’ve previously done I.e previous experience (may vary depending on the level of experience) Couple of scenario questions (may vary so no point in me giving you the exact ones): What would you do if there was a long line at the changing rooms What would you do if this item was out of stock Then some examples of when you did this, e.g working in a team etc Don’t be too nervous mate, the guy I had seemed really nice and remember to ask questions at the end Good luck

There was no question about what do you know about primark for me but just in case, memorise that part as well

sorry if I’m late but I had a phone interview with primark last Friday. They asked me “why do you want to work at primark” “whens your availability” (I said mornings and afternoons) “tell me about your previous customer service experience” “are you okay with temporary work” “when can you start” my dumbass said “probably Monday” like an idiot I just wasn’t expecting them to call me, also this will be my second interview ever in my life. Then they said “I’ll go over your application with my manager and we’ll call you back for more information” or something like that. After 2 hours they called me while I was at the gym and said “hi this primark bla bla, we’ll like to schedule you for an in person interview, when are you available anytime next week.” Told them I was available any time and they put me it for Monday, now I’m scrambling watching these videos
