That Lightning is shown at Jay Lenos garage in LA. My God almost 250 mph on that Kawasaki. That Lightning did have a cool look, always wondered what an electric bike would look like.
@@Sycophants_should_suffer Ride what you like. Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it’s better in real world conditions… Experience will always trump modern technology… My 7 will do 0-60 in the blink of an eye & top out at 165-170mph…It handles like it’s on rails…& it looks gorgeous, not like the praying mantis efforts being sold in this day & age. The ZX7R is a superbike.
It is well noted in comments that road bikes are generally limited to 300kph / 186mph by their manufacturers and even if derestricted they don't have much on top of that. Aerodynamics play a big part - you need so much more power to add another 1mph, the bikes themselves have to be slippery (which is how the original Huyabusa could do so well 20 years ago) and the rider needs to be small enough to tuck into the airflow over the bike. If you can combine all these factors (especially the super-smooth rider...), then you can theoretically approach the (computer-calculated) optimal speeds claimed here. In reality, if the wind blows or the ambient air temperature is too high or the road surface is slightly uneven or the rider can't tuck in properly, you might as well live with close to 300kph and enjoy how quickly you can get to that speed. I'm not a biker, but I know a man who set an unofficial UK road speed record while test-riding a (tuned, Police-owned but unmarked) Huyabusa many years ago (mid '00s?). He only avoided prosecution because the Police did not want to admit that they owned such a bike - also why it was never officially recorded. Motorway cameras recorded him at 194mph, he outran a police helicopter and was only 'stopped' when he ran out of fuel before returning to his workplace. Having achieved such speed, the chain and sprockets were all stretched and needed immediate replacement (which might indicate how much it was tuned). The rider was severely warned to never be stopped for speeding in future - he got away with it once, but (in the words of a motorway police officer) "we don't like clever dicks". He has never been stopped for speeding since then - warning heeded!
The Hayabusa is not a Superbike. It is classified as a sports tourer. And it makes the least ammout of power out of all these bikes 188hp and it's by far the heaviest
Very good video but do not compare gps speed with odo speed, it's not the same at all, 305 kmh gps of the cbr will crush the 314 kmh odo of the bike at 7th place
that top speed video from v4r wasnt a v4r its v4/v4s you can see the difference from the tachometer v4r has the red line at 16-17k while v4 base and v4s only 15k
Where is the Kawasaki Zx-14r.... How can you have a top 8 list and not have that amazing machine on there? It is top 3 for the last few years and #1 until the H2 came out..... Just facts here gentlemen....!!
Yamaha R1 is the flagship of Yamaha's super sports class and one of the best bikes in the world, which actually ranks 10th. But unfortunately, in order to prevent the video from getting long and boring, I only covered 8 superbikes. I hope to make a video about this wonderful bike in the future videos. Thank you for your attention
You know that background oscillating music is very annoying, is that supposed to "mood" me in some way?...Now if it were the sounds of the individual sport bikes that would be best...just rider sayin'...FYI I watched it muted, made shifting sounds and leaned in the turns
many years ago, the son of a friend of mine drove a modified1000cc bike like a mad man and his friends were monitoring the cop radios and he was supposedly doing around the 200 miles an hour mark so bikes were capable of these speeds years ago. i know a young guy that got killed doing 140 miles an hour at about 2 am when he came over a slight rise in the road and there was a car pulling our of his driveway, both him and his girlfriend were not found alive wont say more.
Oh my goodness. That is so sad. Yes absolutely bike can be a very dangerous machine if you use it in a bad way. We should never forget this: Safety is first priority.
cbr1000rrr sp is the top spec and loads better than the rr. this was supposed to be 2023 top 10. the road bikes come with electronic speed restriction of 185mph obtainable in 4,5,6,gear. totataly loaded video as you called it mate.
CBR 1000rr_r should be in 3rd position. Correct this vdo info... Bcoz CBR has 215bhp and a top speed of 348kmph in GPS... It means it should be in 3rd position... ❤
😅😅😅😂😂😂 it doesn’t make anywhere near 215hp and that’s with block off plate’s performance, air filter and a full exhaust system. Running MR 12, 198 at Best.
You mistaken it with Space Shuttle!!-or that s the difference in reality with the crap you say-all have 300KM limiters and if deleted, they JUST-BARELY pass 300 km/h

@@pirulitomaldito7543 Not really. H2R would be a Bugatti Veyron, the fastest. But the Ducati would be a kind of Porsche, every super driver wants it because is the best car, basically. Built to be perfect.
@@pirulitomaldito7543 well, I am not expert on that but, you may check it by looking how many championships Ducati has against Kawasaki but I’m not shore.
If you are familiar with the world of motorcycles and motorcycle riding, you know that the maximum speed depends on many factors, such as the wind, the type and quality of the asphalt, the road slope, and the amount of upgrading the motorcycle. The official website of Ducati announced the maximum speed of Panigale V4 as 315 km/h, but you say that this is wrong and the maximum speed of this bike is 343. You may be right, but the bike that went at that speed has definitely been upgraded. So never accuse anyone of lying
Is the BMW M1000rr faster than the Ducati Panugale V4r?😒 Are you serious? What kind of cutting edge technology you have used to find all the information about this two bike?
R1M is definitely one of best Superbikes but in this not included top 8. Its rank is 10th. Please watch this video 🙏🏻 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-816eK8PTUws.html
Although a production bike the H2R is not street legal and in fact is so loud it cannot be raced anywhere in Europe as it exceeds the dB limits for all race circuits, so why compare it with bikes that most people can ride? If you're going to include it under the "Fastest Superbikes..." label then you should include MotoGP and WSB bikes as well.
