The items u missed: 1) babu ki dal, jhanda chowk kankhal (dal or chole wd kulche) 2) bhagwati Chole bhandaar (chole bhature/paneer bhature) 3) jain chaat and shikanji (kaanji wada and magic chat) 4) data boudi upper road (bengali meal) 5) bikaner main (paneer jalebi and chole bhature with khatta meetha kaddu) 6) grand or maharaja bakers (bakery items) 7) mathura pracheen pedha You missed on these gems from Haridwar. Fyi: I am from haridwar only.

There are so many good restaurants in haridwar but expect hosiyarpuri all are expensive and have sub standard quality
