@iceandflames different strokes for different folks both are nice. Thanks for watching and commenting, if you ever need anything we are always here to help.
@lololili thanks for watching and commenting. Delray is an incredible place to live, lots of fun. I suspect you'd love it, whenever you are ready we are always here to help.
@Eddi Haskell. That's not true there are many unkind people in South Florida. I love Delray but they don't call South Florida the 5th borough of NY for nothing.
@@eddihaskell I don't ever think I ever watched a full episode of Seinfeld. To me there's absolutely no reason to be irritated, impatient and unkind. We're very easy going people, there's no need for disregard for others.
@@ChrisIgoe1 well this was years ago I am originally from Wisconsin but my family and I moved there in the early 90s from 1993 to 1996 and came back to Wisconsin so all those restaurants that are on atlantic ave 30 years ago none of that was there it was just clothes shops and dead and old white people lol I been back there since I going to do a travel vlogg from there in the future
I'm looking to move to Delray from NJ, but I'm divorced (single) & wondering if there are a good amount of single men or is it just family living? Of course, I want a family, but just don't have one now. I grew up in the Bronx, NY then moved out to Bergen County NJ, but I'm tired of the cold weather & the same old, same old. Not happy here anymore & really need the sun & a better lifestyle. Sick of this craziness!
@@ChrisIgoe1 thank you so much for replying back to me. Sorry, I didn't see it until now because my phone is on it's way out! It either notifies me late or not at all! What are the demographics of the single men ranging from 35 to 55 yr olds? Yes, I do love Delray Beach & a lot of the surrounding cities/towns around it. I was just there for vacation from Feb 11 to the 22nd, visiting friends & family. Come to think of it, don't know if it was much of a vacation, as it was a family reunion lol! But, when I came back home to Jersey, my heart dropped & I haven't been the same since. The depression, anxiety & fear only grew worse! I didn't feel any of that when I was in Florida. My Dr even recommends that I go. I've been looking for places to live on different sites, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I'm seeing the same places over & over & I know there are more complexes there. I believe you said you don't do rentals, so is there anyone who you feel can help me find an apt where I can feel safe & also help make the transition easier? Please help if you can? Would truly appreciate it. Thank you so much! Dawne (Dee) 🙏🏼
My husband and I are considering buying in either Boca Raton or Del Ray Beach this year but I'm undecided as to which one. Should we just wait till we get there and shop both markets then let our favorite house be the deciding factor?
@PamelaThomas I've done a lot of content highlighting Boca and Delray please check out those playlists. Please reach out and we can help you get started acclimating to the inventory and market dynamics so you've got your finger on the pulse of market. Once you arrive we'd love to give you a tour of both areas to help you get a lay of the land and make the best choice to max out south florida living to the fullest.
@ErnestGallo we help a lot of people moving from Long Island. Rentals and apartments are hyper competitive and typically don't cooperate with outside brokers. You're far better served finding them via google search and contacting them directly. Unfortunately we aren't your best resource for rentals.
It does appear that Delray Beach is a very appealing place in Palm Beach County. I subscribed to a writer based in Delray Beach, and he always raved about it, and as a multi-millionaire, I'm sure had a wonderful place. I like the mix of artsy and resort, andcpeople seem to be pretty down to earth. Some of the downtown congestion is a drag. Are there good bike trails? I know there is the free golf car service in downtown, but how big of an area does it encompass, as far as walking around? I was on A1A both times I was there, and it was a few years ago, so don't have a great grasp of how much is developed downtown of that 16 sq miles?
Delray Beach has loads of parks close by for trail riding and walking. Downtown Delray, Atlantic Ave, A1A and Pineapple Grove are all great places to walk and bike. Lots of local running and bike clubs always training on A1A. Downtown ( and everywhere else) has developed tremendously over the last few years. I suspect you'd love it.
You describe much better than he did in video Its exctally right well said Its very artsy Many of artist live in high end town Most expensive city in Palm beach county Palm beach is luxurious as well
Notice the guy doing the video talks about moving to West Delray, but the photos that he shows are all of East Delray. That's because all the good stuff is in East Delray. I'd go there first and see what you think. And, Delray is not known for their schools after the lower grades.
@SteveColeman thanks for watching and commenting. Not sure when the last time you visited West Delray was but it's insanely nice and brand new. All of the newer communities are zoned for A rated schools. East Delray especially downtown by Atlantic Ave is trendy, eclectic and an incredible place to live but to your point most families that live there elect private education as the schools are sub par. Central Delray is older and while there are definitely some nice spots nothing like east or west Delray. I've done lots of videos showcasing many other Delray communities please check them out here:ru-vid.com/group/PLWXRzo1aMXeVIfPQEEjnbeM1yfJOTf31l
Almost but not entirely accurate Who said prices for homes are less you in Delray are you kidding there highest in Palm beach County Millions dollar condo millions dollars homes come on we all know that I been here years its high end city You sound like your talking about Boyton beach Its not kids friendly place either not exactly Disney land Its Artsy city with many Artists Actors singers in there forty and fifties professional lawyers doctors and of course seniors with country clubs golfing Yes high end boutique and hundreds of restaurants but you made sound so laid back and cheap it's just opposite it's very busy cosoplitian city with gorgeous beach very busy nightlife also You forgot Ocean Blvd A1A east side most luxurious !!!
