After that last core update end of this May destroyed all my 10 years of well ranking serps. Everything looks to still be in order...Any advice? Business is taking the hit.
I have a couple location pages in my footer so those pages have 60 unique internal links. Is that a problem? Should I remove the footer anchor text that links to my other location pages?

Hey Pedro, no it won't be a problem. That gives Google another chance to crawl and index those pages. Assuming the keyword is in the title, you'll get a relevance boost even if you aren't using an exact match anchor text
Hey great work. But i got a simple question at 18.28. On that site list as the 4th result there is a site which only have 4AS and 19 domains and it ranked at 4th results. How is that possible ? can you explain ?

Hi Nathan, Very informative video. I have one question, how come third ranked website in identify the link gap section has very less referring domain and backlinks but still able to hit top 3 for that keyword? What’s the strategy there?
I will say it also a out the quality and richness of the content written. Most well written content that are Natural language written do find their way to top sites despite lesser ref domain. 1. Write Natural language and write richly for keywords without stuffing. 2. Websites with great DA can rank well with rich quality content and less referring domain.
Hi Nathan, in your last example where you compare with competitors on page ranking for a specific keyword in semrush, the third position has much less backlinks/ref. domains and page authority than fifth position. Why it ranks higher? I’m seeing the same with my own analysis..
at minute 18:20 on the last analysis there's propellr ranking on position 4 eventough it has very few backlinks and backlinking domains compared to all others - how do you explain this?
Lol, no. The domain probably has 5k+ referring domains (linking websites), and over 100k+ backlinks. The page itself only has 4 backlinks. Not possible for a website (domain) to have 4 backlinks and DA 70. 4 links, the DA would be around 3-5. Been doing SEO for 8 years.
People who are complaining that their income is low or they deserve higher salary, they should create more value in the market. Update yourself with high income skills to be able to create more value into the market place to be paid well. a fellow creator,..,.,.,
It's difficult to isolate factors because everything is working together like a chorus. That said, we've done countless isolated tests and it does have an impact (when executed well).
@@nathangotch makes sense. It would be nice to create a stand alone project that is pure internal link structuring to see how much it moves the needle. Eliminate off page link building for this project and just focus on page and internal link structure only.

Put the name of your brand as the first keyword in the title page of your homepage and make sure that the name of your brand is not a word that competitors may also want to reference on it. Then make some external links that point to your home page (from directories or other sites) to increase the authority of your page. After a while it should work but it can sometimes take months before Google lists you on a keyword.

SEOi IS DEAD! THERE .are over 100k domain names Registered each month. Over 100k websites launched. Impossible to get traffic and get on page one of Google LONG TERM when you are competing against sites that have been up for several years. How do I know this?l Because I have been involved with web development since 2010. Paid ads, RU-vid videos, and link exchanging is the best way to go.
