You would have tried thatte idli in small road side hotels in Bengaluru. They serve best food. Warrier bakery and Thoms bakery are actually legendary places in Bengaluru.
Amazing. You covered most of the authentic places. However, these eateries can be considered for South Indian breakfast. SLV Banashankari, Raghvendra stores, MTR's Badaam halwa, Taaza Thindi, Corner House for icecreams 😊

Nothing in bangalore food. Too costly and less quantity....with the name of quality food taste is insipidity..what ever you eat most of the places will give pudina chutney ....avg food cost is 50rs per person in bangalore. ...
Good to know , people from different states love our Namma Bengaluru.....rather than just for weather.....do visit sambaiah shetty tiffin room near shivajinagar, famous for breakfast.. Bengaluru is filled with various culture, traditions & kannadigaru.....
That's because u get only that there, 😂mumbai is also the commercial capital so the prices r high there is no dahi Puri, bhel Puri, pav bhaji mumbai sandwich. I would go mad eating only idli and dosas
Only chutney. No sambhar. Also single idli. So its not expensive. Mumbai is anytime friendly city even for the people who cannot afford their lunch above 100 Rs.

Bringing 15 to 20 plates of Dosaey does not make them tasty. Calithenics is a different art. I don't understand why people make a highlight of this In Vdhyarthi Bhavan. People of my age like it like what it was in early Sixties. Another thing! What makes Dosaey tasty in Bengaluru is explanation in Pure Kannada. There used to be one Sri Raghavendra Prasanna behind city Market. One used to go there just to taste Chutney. Gone are those days. People have lost the taste of real Dosaey. A pity!! Now they eat whatever is available and call it Dosaey. God bless them.

Dont give high hope for rameshwar cofe price is very high , they are putting lot of gee its not good for health at a time taking that much gee. Try once taaza thindi then you come ro know price difference
MRT MASALE ME SAAMBAR, RASAM WORST IN THE WORLD. HOTEL MEAL ME 100 percent unbaked what not poori dete hai.... when challenged all these owner of MTR Mayya recently added more spice into Sambar only. Price wise most high for meal. I rejected to eat after half eaten Galata kar ke poore paise liye...My request to you is is, do not recomend MTR AND MAYYA TO AVOID GOING FOR Meals OR TIFFIN TO BOTH HOTELS.
It's not medu vada, it's Bangalore's uddina vade. It's not uppma. It's Karnataka 's uppittu, along with kesari bath it's called chow chow bath. It's not dosa. It's dosae.

Surprise you are in the most iconic eateries . Just excellent no 2nd one of it's kind except bakery item. Best ice cream is Lakeview ice cream s and corner house hot chocolate in vanilla cream. Ravi idli of mtr which invented it and also it has generic name mtr type Bisebelle bath
Nowadays all unemployable and unemployed characters have turned into food vloggers, without even knowing the head or the tail of any cuisine or the items they suggest. It is uddina vade not medu vada. You dont call it vada or dosa. It is called vade and doose. Bramhin coffee Bar is an overhyped place & the rates are exorbitant. The watery chutney is just junk. These guys just dont know how to make good coffee. Same with Vidhyarthi Bhavan. Junk doose with junk chutney. They pour that watery chutney over it. They dont give it separately. Both are useless but running on false hypes. In Bengaluru you have to make a name for the initiall days, once you make a name, then even if you serve dry grass, people tend to flock in. Any inflated rates are ok. These Udupi hotels have all adulterated, faked or totally altered the actual Bengaluru and Mysore dishes to such an extent that you hardly get the real authentic local dishes with the real flavour, texture, aroma, colour or the real taste in these places. Whenever you are in a Udupi restaurants, never order a south indian meal, north indian meal,( sambar, rasam, dhal, kurma can be pathetic) masala doose, onion doose, rava doose, uddina vade, fried rice, noodles,( chinese & north Indian dishes also will be in Udupi style only) gojju avalakki, rava idli, curd vade, kaara pongal, puliyogare, vangibath, bisibele bath, uppma or uppitu, kesaribath, sweet pongal, beele obbattu, kaayi obbatu, mysore pak, badusha, boondhi laadu, peeni, chiroti, rave unde, halbai, or any original Bengaluru/ Mysore food dishes. Udupi hotel guys will give you only adulterated, fake or altered items. They just dont know how to cook them.
