right now i’m 15 5’10. Ive been able to grab rim a couple times and i don’t have the money for a vert program, but you have been helping me by doing this for free, thank you coach
same rn I'm 5'11 same age u were at this comment. I got my whole hand over the rim and I probably can dunk if I palm the ball but I'm just tryna get more explosive in general
im really thank fulll for this cause im 6*5 / 6*6 at 16 i was too lazy to dunk and it was a real shame to my height now i be flying thank you coach most appreciated
Jacky li well I was short just do a lot of swimming 🏊 and volleyball 🏐 and basketball it helps to stretch your spine well for me I have long noodle arms
I'm 12 with a bit of experience in working out, I've been cutting and doing weight training for almost 2 months now and I'm going to add all of these too my workout because I want to play basketball seriously.
For these exercises, are they sets for time? Or sets of reps? Also how many times a week should these be implemented? And in to addition to what, like weight training? Conditioning/Endurance work? Etc...?
For polymerics you should always have a little bit of rest if your legs are dead tired and you try to increase your vert through polymerics it won't be as effective.
I need help. Every time I Go outside to shoot I change my jumpshot because it doesn’t feel comfortable anymore so I end up changing my for almost every day. Please help anyone
bro i got the same problem what i do is just try to do whats comfortable that day and it may feel like your jumper is different but in reality its pretty much the same
Bro don't try to settle your full shooting at once. Try to feel what is comfortable is good. But do it one by one. Start working on ur feet alignment what makes u comfortable squared or tilted and then step by step go to fix releasing the shot. Shooting is a time taking process to get it perfect. I took one year to get to my perfect shooting form (I was not consistent playing ball that's why)
@@lucasp1319 don't start jacking up 3s when you start, get very close to the basket and practice your form. After you make 3 in a row, move back a few steps and repeat until your at the 3 pt line. Good luck👍
You don't need to be a dunker to know which exercises help you with your vert, just like you don't need to be a doctor to know which is good/bad for your health
