It's hard to go wrong on St. Thomas. Agree on Sapphire. That is the best beach to chill out for the day and relax. The north end was having a big problem with sargassum when we were there. I really liked Secret Harbor and Brewer's bay as well. Those beaches were not as crowded and had great snorkeling. I thought Magen's bay was the most scenic but didn't have very good snorkeling. The restaurant at Magen's was indeed awesome. They had great Caribbean food. Of course the beaches on St. John's are some of the best in the world but they were all very crowded.
I don't remember if Coki had any, chairs or umbrellas but Megans did not. Both of the beaches had restaurants so I would hope they also have restrooms lol
When we went in May there was only seaweed at Sapphire Beach and it did not smell at all! I am not sure how it is now, but when we went we barely saw any seaweed
Thanks for giving me a look at some of the beaches. My wife and I and another couple were planning on heading to Turks and Caicos in may for a week, but being a British overseas territory, they’ve become stringent with the vaccine mandates, and we don’t want the hassle of possibly getting stuck outside the country for any reason so …US VI it is! Did you guys get a house or stay in condo? Also I’m assuming you rented a car?
We stayed at the Black Beard Castle which was a great hotel! We also rented a car so we could go all over the island but driving can be scary so if you’re not used to driving up very steep hills you might want to just use taxis! Let us know if you have any more questions and we can try to help
@@BrittChrisTravel we ended up finding a house for reasonable price on Hull Bay Beach. Booked it and were excited! Will def check out some of the beaches you show here though.
