2:26 does anyone know by roughly how much percentage does reverse curls hits the long head compared to the forearms muscles? 50-50? 70-30? 90-10? I don't know, do you? :)
@Beyond Average Thank you for the answer, however do you mean 100 long head, 0 forearms? or the other way around. If the otherway around why do I get bulding around the outer side of my biceps, is that the brachioralis pushing from underneath? Thanks again for the input.
