There are probably seasonings inside the burger? it's a pretty common thing in europe(Italy)... Anyway meat is also good not seasoned it has a ton of taste by itself with just some salt added and some little crispy burns that also add some taste,it's not bland. But seasoned in the right way is way better.

Yeh wtf are those buns, looks like they just bought the cheapest bag of buns from fucking Tescos, I don't think pushing a fucking ice cube into a burger makes it perfect, they do drown it in ketchup at 1:27, I wonder if that's to help with making it moist too. Maybe we should all inject semem into burgers from now on.

Mbc ‍ No you're not dumbass, show me one reliable source that says so. When ground meat goes through the meat grinder the bacteria spreads throughout the meat.
@lukedifato5340
@lukedifato5340 7 лет назад
who cares? Most of that bacteria cooks out at 130-140 degrees, which is why you can eat pork at 145 now and not 165 because the standards for pork have risen and the FDA has little to no risk of any pork meat that contains bacteria that survives certain temperatures. Plus medium rare burgers are infinitely better than regular, mise well strengthen your immune system well you're at it. Also technically some bacteria survive after 135(medium rare) in a steak, not all bacteria is evil. It strengthens your immune system.

Goes against every principle of cooking meat to a consistent and even level of "doneness". Note they didn't even show the inside of the burger after its cooked. I'm guessing super dry grey outer, and an irregularly cooked centre.

And don't forget to dip them in water before putting them on the grill. Makes them bigger, just like an octopus, and everybody knows that the bigger = more, the merrier.

well - from one Grill Master - I can tell you the trick really isn't a trick more so than science in action. The Ice Cube in the center of the burger does seem strange but once its introduced to a heated source it will melt, causing any other liquids around it to move about. While melting it will force out the rest of the juices within the meat and then eventually turn into steam and cook the centered of the burger itself. Its actually a good move and I've done it and the only thing I would change is to add more seasoning and then place the ice inside the burger. Try it on and see what you come up with. I did.

eh I still prefer just making my patties ultra thin. the thinner and wider a sandwich is, the better. if only more similarly wide, flat buns were readily available. but anyway it's better to stack two patties than have one thick one. anyway the smarter way to do this is to just have a hole in the middle. I have to think the ice cube screws with things.
