I've been cooking professionally in Australia for 8+ years but stopped a couple of years ago because the kitchens I worked in were so horrible, nobody had passion and all the bosses just berated everybody every shift. I've binged your videos and love them all, you seem to have so much love for food and service and it's ignited me to get back out there and do what I love. Keep up the awesome videos guys, hopefully one day I'll be able to come over there and have a meal!

It's a fair point! Also, the cashew industry (if not Fairtrade) is slave labor. This women sitting on their knees all days taking every single shell off every single nut... There plenty of articles covering the dirty side of that industry
