It's great that you mention how important it is to constantly be moving and not be stagnant. I do the judo around the world pin drill before every Jiu Jitsu or Judo session to warm up. The Jiu Jitsu guys like teasing me about it, but then always ask what's the judo secret in keeping people pinned from top, as they always lose top control.
I love when I’m in side control top and they frame under my neck w their forearm. I let up a little to make room and quickly kick their elbow across and secure the arm triangle. My fav move.
