I work as a security guard for WDW and was involved in a number of these incidents. I so wish that I could fill in the blanks for yall on so many of these stories, but I understandably can't. I LOVE this episode though. I have laughed and laughed along with y'all throughout this podcast. More of these please 🙏🏼✨
Update on the SH Zootopia incident: the child broke a bone and had surgery, but is not in further danger. Discussion, at least in Chinese, is quite active and I don't think was censored at all (since it doesn't concern politics), and most people think the parents were primarily responsible, but also how the lap bar design has some flaws. The SH park has added more safety instruction the next day, requiring everyone to take off ears and ask children to sit in the middle of the row. The report of people throwing things on set I believe is true, but it's not random garbage from random guests, but done so intentionally by third-party "tour guides" as, if the ride stops, they will be compensated with free express pass that they could then re-sell.
Yes Tom definitely enjoyed his vacation time. It is nice to see him in a great mood. Eric is now the voice of reason. LMAO! Tom is definitely in a great mood. Skyliner with no IP wrapping is the way to go for better view! Tom who knew you were this funny. Love it!
The bear wasn't removed due to any actual danger to park attendees. The bear was booted because he couldn't produce a valid magic band when asked to do so by park security.
He was well on his way to pay a visit to his ancestors at the ol Country Bear Jamboree after hearing the news the Disney big wigs are changing the show
On the subject of slipping the seatbelts, I was terrified of The Matterhorn FOR YEARS because of stories of multiple fatalities. But it turned out to be because of people standing up during the ride, right before the sled exits the mountain.
I was terrified of the Matterhorn for years, but that had more to do with me being 4 and my dad pretending to be the abominable snowman, grabbing me on the shoulder while riding past Harold.
Wasn't the bear discovered in Magic Kingdom the day after the announcement about Country Bear Jamboree being updated? He was just there for an audition for the new show.

Did yall ever find out about the cast member who got fired over the viral video? I had heard they were saying racist things to her before they turned the camera on and she snapped at them.

To back Eric up, my dad was an electrical contractor for years. He fired many people for smoking on the job. You just can't do it. It's a safety hazard for many reasons.
The little skyliner rif reminds me of the first time my family used it and it’s “head of the Everglades” and it passes over a little trickling sewer. We absolutely lost it and it’s become a constant joke. Idk what they wanted us to see but It wasn’t that.

I really wanted Migration to be a good movie, because I am obsessed with ducks and love to go birding watching and see them. When I heard they were making a movie about ducks on migration, I was stoked. But, it was made by illumination so I should’ve known how the movie was gonna be. If Disney made a duck movie, it would have to be the ducks that chill on the storybook canal boats at Disneyland. So cute 🥰
What about the December 19 supposed traffic accident in Disneyland parking garage that was a complete stoppage for a half hour (until 730am) both going up to the garage and anybody trying to get through the parking gates to go up and park?
@@LARKXHIN WDWNT didn't report it. I sat through it all. Just wondering what really happened. What caused us all to sit there for a half hour, almost missing rope drop. The sirens, the lights, the ambulance, people exiting their parked cars to walk in so they wouldn't miss rope drop, cast member having to drive the car that was parked without a driver right next to the parking kiosk, nobody getting through the gates and have to stop on the ramp too. Just want to know what really happened stopped anyone from parking for a half hour.
24:32 This was years ago, but there was a guy that ate a turkey leg on our ride on California Screaming back in the day. When we got off the ride he was choking. Disney fire department was there in seconds. 42:17 One time a group of teens smoked blunts in the “Laughing Place” in Splash Mountain. The ride stopped for about 15 minutes and when we got into the Laughing place, it was filled with smoke. 😂
I tried that big cup and it sucked big time! Why were the potato chips so hard?! I’m a huge Reese lover and I love all the holiday ones..hearts, trees, eggs etc…they are always so fresh! Nothing worse when you get an old Reese’s…it’s like the peanut butter turns in to dust! Anyways…Happy New Year everybody!

The fighting over spots in line blows my mind because yeah, it’s annoying to watch a dude and two kids (or more realistically like half a dozen teens) push past everyone to get with someone but like… it’s a difference of either one ride vehicle or up to like 5 minutes of your time. Who gives a flying fart, you will live, play one more round of that phone-on-head charade game or something
The one about the kids on the dance team getting kicked sucks, but is honestly fair. It’s unfair for the kids but their parents are being idiots in public on a trip I promise you they had to pay something to be on, and you can’t guarantee they won’t be idiots at the competition. But also it’s a good lesson for both the parents and the kids- for the parents you gotta learn to be responsible when your kids are around (shocker) and for the kids you gotta learn not to be like your parents when in public

Love these podcasts. I listened to a bunch of these while driving back to Michigan from Florida yesterday, and Eric is loud and clear, and Tom talks under his breath alot and I have to turn up the volume, then Eric comes in too loud. Can you either turn up Tom's mic or just have Tom talk louder?
The stories about stores closing because of theft was based on false information and bad reporting. Of course theft happens but the stories of giant rings causing stores to close were incorrect.
I don't understand how you guys feel talking about your personal life is important it's not we want the facts not your pale legs and what you did for Christmas get to the point please I wish somebody would get to the point we don't have all day we're just interested on facts
