Fischl’s actual burst invulnerability period is actually the lowest in the game. It’s practically non-existant. She’s vulnerable to death during that whole Oz phase.

The best way to read the animation time is to to burst then sprint, like kazuha, he can already move after the first slash

As a Keqing main, Keqing's burst animation doesn't feel as long as it is, this is because even before the final slash of her burst hits, you can immediately move around/ continue your rotation. Sure the final hit takes time to hit and the animation as a whole takes a long time to finish but you can literally continue your rotation even before it finishes. Edit: before anyone calls me out saying "that wasn't the point of the video, but rather the duration of the entire burst and not as soon as you are able to move", I'd like to just say, You probably misunderstood my comment if that's the impression you got. I'm saying what I said above purely off of experience of using Keqing and in no way criticizing the video. Have a good day. It should be counted when you can dash after the burst. That's how you're sure you can get the earliest time you can move. This also showed Keqing and Dilucs negative side of their bursts too. Both low multipliers and takes too much time.

As an Ayaka main I have endless frustration that by the time her ult pops off the enemy already transported out of range.

for what i can see, this person did the time for when the characters stop moving, not when u can dash and keep playing. that's why sara was so fast, cuz she casts her burst and right after she stops her animation, and keqing the slowest, cuz even if u can cancel halfway through it, she's still finishing the animation.

Now, as for psychological effect, Klee's burst went from being very quick to becoming ridiculously slow the more I used her, as compared to other characters.

should've been based on when character is able to move after casting burst. Like Keqing, you can actually cast E or do something even when the burst isnt done yet.

you can move right after kazuha and keqing bursts tho

I'd be more curious about the point at which you can move after bursting, since many of these characters can be moved before the full animation finishes

you can swap out of fischl almost instantly, and the damage is applied instantly, and there is no invincibility frames. so, debatably, fischls burst is the fastest
