I only have drugstore makeup (or indie) unless I can get high-end from a mystery box. Like Allure has Charlotte Tilbury bronzer in their April box. And yes I consider Pixi drugstore.

I know I am SO late in the game, but I only started using Makeup like 2 years ago. So I only recently bought the Cali contour set from Smashbox, the lighter version, and it works so good. The combination of everything together - the contour, bronzer and blush. But specifically the contour shade there is really good. I know that powders are kind of out of trend right now, but I learn makeup gradually, in my own pace. I started with the Makeup Revolution Cool toned bronzer , from there I elevated with the Physicians Formula Butter bronzer, the lightest, which was mind blowing at the time. Now I am on my Cali adventure haha. Have you tried contouring with concealers? for example, using the Maybeline age rewind sticks. Would LOVE IT if you made a video trying that. I challange you to many adventures 🤣🤣😘

The absolute BEST "bronzer" for my pale olive-toned skin is actually not a bronzer, it's an Ambient Lighting Powder by Hourglass in Dim Light! I use Diffused Light/Ethereal Light all over the face, but Dim Light is too dark for me as a powder, but quite a light, natural-looking bronzer. Since it's an Hourglass formula, It's super buildable and doesn't give too much pigment straight away, so I pack my brush quite heavily, but I like to layer colors and get the intensity I need gradually. It also has a satin finish, and blends like a dream. Shade is relatively cool-toned and has some pink in it, which allows it to blend amazingly with the blushes I put above and the grayish contour I put below. And still looks like a bronzer, making me a bit warmer and bringing some summer! I would strongly suggest people with similar complexion try it out by buying a mini.

Ouu I need to go look at my hourglass pallete to see if those shades are in it to play around! Ive only ever used as eye shadows or the lightest as a highlight! Genius!

I'll give a shout out to Revlon Super Lustrous lipsticks! Many cool-toned shades, from light to dark: I'm currently obsessed with Laidback Lilac. I also love Fuchsia Shock, Naughty Plum, Lilac Mist, Va Va Violet, Mauvy Night, and Plum Baby.

I will say, I bought the Flower beauty bronzer on a lot of people’s recommendations and mine was so incredibly dark. I think it has to do with the swirls and mine had a lot of the darker. Just something to be aware of for the super pale folks like me.

That’s always the problem with marbled products. No 2 are going to be exactly the same. They’re mixed all together (I’m sure), but the way the different shades swirl together and mix will end up being at least slightly different between each other, with some being way different. For my fair skin, Flower Beauty Bronzer (in sunrise, not the other shade) is slightly dark for me, but I pick it up on my brush and then I dab it into the lid or on the back of my hand, then I apply it. I do that with other products that are too pigmented. Like I like berry blushes but often they’re for deeper skin tones so they’re pretty dark. But when I dab the brush off like that, then I don’t apply too much. Anyways, Laura Geller makes a bronzer in fair and the Flower Beauty one is said to be a dupe for Laura Geller. For me, they’re really similar but I do feel like the Laura Geller one isn’t as dark or isn’t as pigmented, so it’s more fool proof than the Flower Beauty. Both are baked. Both go on nicely and blend easy, lasting well. Ofc, Laura Geller is more expensive but they have sales a lot, so figured I’d mention it! ❤

The Catrice Highlighter is SO GOOD! I wanna try everything Catrice. I also bought a few eyeshadow palettes from them and the shades worked so good on my ALBINO skin hahah. I feel like even the warmer tones worked good, much better than many other brands. I feel that sometimes European brands understand fair skin better, especially Eastern European brands like Inglot. Have you tried their products? They have very interesting liquid blushes I wanna try. Obviously, cold countries are ought to understand cooler more fair skin tones since this is their mainstream crowd. I was born in Ukraine and moved to Israel after the fall of the Soviet Union (Jewish). So I am a super fair (skin type 1, according to the dermatologist) with pinkish skin, I also suffer from chronic Atopic Dermatitis (duh, AD is by nature chronic) and I live in Sothern Israel (thats like.. 40 km from Gaza strip). What does it mean? It means that I'm practically albino in the middle of the desert. I have dry combo skin, but in the summer you just.. melt. all skin types become oily and you sweat all the time. The sun is 40 Celsius degrees (how much is it in Fahrenheit? not sure) and you have to literally bath in sunscreen every time you live the house. So summer for me is Estee Lauder Double Wear (1N0) and Laura Marcie translucent powder. This is the only base combination that hold up until the end of the day. I got carried away, felt like I am in a support group for snow white makeup addicts. OH and can I request a video? Powders! with emphasis on color. I would love it if you showed us what happens when you use banana shade to set your concealer / face, vs. pink powders, vs. those greyish light colored powders. I am really curious on this matter. I love the flower beauty bronzer but that damn lid keeps breaking off! I can’t travel with it but it’s so pretty to keep on hand for everyday without moving it around too much (or you can wrap an elastic band around it 😂)

Lyndsey you blow me away!! I love all of the shades you picked for today! You look so put together! I just bought Nyx Butta Cup bronzer but it came shattered. I think that the color will work. I don't have Stone cold fox I use Smoke n roses. Milani Color Statement Matte Lipstick - Matte Blissful is also new to me and very pretty. 💗

I'm dying to see what the new satin makeup by Mario lipstick in the shade "south shore" looks like on fairnskin. I bought "bronx baby and it's not horrible but it's not great either. Also if the Elf under eye brightener works on fair skin?

I'm putting in an order with colourpop today with all of your suggestions and I'm also taking a chance in the new plumping liner in "Westwood" it LOOKS like it will work but I'll let you all know either way. Really hope I don't mess up lol any other colourpop suggestions other than : Lippies: *liner-cool bff, *liner-oh snap, *lipstick- still crazy Eyeshadow palettes: stone gold fox, that's taupe Any blushes? Suggestions for super shocks?
