Hi just got the 20g tank and I have 2 baby goldfishs inside. I set up the tank Monday at approximately 7 pm and added both fish at exactly 12 am on Tuesday. The problem is the water for foggy, and there's no improvement, and today is already Thursday. Do you think there's a problem with the filter?

Did you also prime the filter by adding water to it? The tank should have come with a manual that includes set-up for the filter. I did everything stated in this video and on the manual and for some reason my filter isn't working correctly. The water is not coming out of the filter

I bought a Topfin heater to save a few bucks. Big mistake. It was fine for a few months but then one morning all my fish were dead and the water was at 95 degrees. Never buy a Topfin! And yes, the water was at the correct level relative to the heater.
Hi. Is there something to put in the filter to prevent fish getting stuck in it? After just a few hours, one of my fish has already died after getting stuck in the filter.

The filter cartridge used is the TopFin PF-L. Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend other filter cartridges at this time due to that cartridge being the one that comes with that specific filter for the tank.
I bought some fish food from petsmart and used a pinch of it. I then realized it doesn’t sink and I have red claw crabs which need sinking food. Do I get a refund since it was very expensive and I can’t use it

@@petsmart well it did crack during a water change but I'd say it's nice, don't worry I got my betta a starter tank with the thermometer and the net and she is fine in it.
ive had this tank for about 3 years, and it normally has a gentle buzzing sound. if its anything louder than a gentle buzz, try adding a bit more water directly into the filter and just letting it run for a few hours to see how it does.
