This channel shows good value for money options...especially for those of us who have to keep a leash on expenses. Overspending & sinking into a hole is easy in Thailand. For someone who has to survive here longterm, financial discipline is NOT optional. Most guys need a small space that can be self maintained, a bed & bathroom & kitchen with fridge. I love this channel & your style of ferreting out VFM condos.

Can you please specify during a review if a property can be rented for 30 days or 60 days ( for tourist on 30 or 60 day visas and too cheap for hotels LOL ) or are they 6 months or longer leases. The price you say is that 30 day or 6 month or 1 year price ? Thank you.

Number 3 for me . Fantastic little swimming pool. Loving your videos red. I'm planning retirement in pattaya in two years. I'll keep these videos always to look back at for ideas. Ps would number 3 with the pool let people staying in number 4 use it for a fee ?

Just your Passport with Visa stamp, so the owner can register you on the Thai immigration system online

Maybe throw in titles with the Utilities at the end of each one? e.g. Electric & Water. That can be a deciding factor for viewers. I know you mention it in the original vids. Nice job though Reds.

If the room at the Right Resort was slightly cheaper, I’d have rated that number one, but I loved the Kitchen area and bright furnishings in Sida Place
