Nice list any of these four would be okay as a temporary landing spot while searching for a good long term condo. I want to like Chanthong Residence the best (decent room and nice pool) but that 9baht/unit for electricity sucks. Diamond City probably gets the #1 spot just because it's the cheapest electric out of the four and room is decent. I can't believe how small that pool is though LOL!
So are these short term 1-6 months ? or 6-12 month rents Can you possible do budget hotels not on busy roads . Even 1 or 2 streets from a busy road would help the noise. Could you also specify if it rents to tourists for 1-3 months. How many units of water and electricity does a "normal" western man use per month ?
@@jackbauer1078 all four rooms are available to rent on a month to month basis, not long term, and all seemed more than willing to rent to tourists when I enquired. As for the electric rate, how much you pay per month would depend on how often you run the AC, if at all, and what rate the owner charges. I pay 9BHT per unit where I stay, very rarely use the AC and my electric bill on average is a 1,000BHT a month
