That warning label is a necessity for pretty much everything, edible or not, in California. You will find it on toys, phone cases, juice literally everything 😂It does not cancel or contradict the benefits that statement is false he had to put it on there.

I drank it all in one go downed it mixed with water and threw up, definitely a drink you have to slowly drink throughout the day with food along with it
@Weeble there’s a few mate. I usually like to recommend a high quality lean protein (Alpha Neon super 4 is brilliant), then use a blender to add peanut butter, flax seeds, high fat milk, yogurt, oats etc. you could also get a plain cyclic dextrin (applied nutrition do a good one), and drink a couple scoops of this around training. It’s an easy couple hundred calories and it doesn’t fill you up at all. Could also mix this to your shakes.
