I've been taking Shilajit for 3 year, 200-500mg/day and I cannot have a good strong workout without it, but it tastes like licking a freshly laid patch of asphalt.
I've been taking it for about 3 weeks or so with few random days not taking it. I would definitely say hormone levels are better/optimum. I feel like I have more energy, higher libido, better mental clarity... it's given me drive. I like it.
For those of you reading this comment, it's okay, it's normal to feel lonely sometimes, if you're going through tough times, keep trying, but never give up,
I completely agree and wish more people understood it's normal to feel lonely at times during life.i wish the ones of us that know this is a fundamental truth would spread the word also that there's nothing wrong with you if u are alone or just feeling lonely and that thinking there's something wrong with you is furthest from the truth Actually being alone at different times is usually the universe giving us a wake up call that we need alone time for one some ready. Usually to reflect on ourselves or just need to pamper us in a selfish way. I wish someone had told me yrs ago when I was young that just becuz I didn't have a bunch of friends and family around me didn't mean anything was wrong with me or my life. But that's normal and needed for me to balance my needs in a selfish way so I wouldn't get taken away with the needs of others. To many people think their self worth depends on how many friends they have. I did for a long long time and what a wasted bunch of yrs I spent not understanding my own self worth on my true nature and purpose. Time alone is absolutely a necessity and will happen in life and please just learn to appreciate this time. Learn to fall in love with your own company!! If u can't how can u expect anyone else too? Get to know yourself and respect yourself so the the rest of the world will do the same also. Good luck
One of the best reviews I’ve honestly ever seen. Nothing annoying about your vids and extremely honest/informative. You’re not trying to shove this down peoples throat because you have a stake in some company. Def subbing.
Been taking it for a week. I just let it melt in my mouth before savouring my morning coffee. It's trully wonderful. Felt an energy boost througout the day and no procastination. No pain from my sciatica, no joint pains and I had a wound on my foot that healed in 3 days. It is the best buzz that I had in years since trying ecstasis in the 90's
What is the brand that most of you use? Mine taste like swamp wall my mother, who ordered it from somewhere else loves the sweet taste. I feel like this is one of those jump on the trains with some companies that may be not so nice versus the real deal help
I felt the difference after the first drink of shilajit. within thirty minutes, I felt way more relaxed whilst feeling like I could get up and do anything. I've only been taking it for a few days now and my focus is better and my decision-making is muchmore prompt now.
I use shilajit every morning in warm water lemon Seamoss and raw honey it starts my day,I was introduced to it from my natural health practitioner as I was dealing with fatigue from menopause and it has helped my husband now takes it everyday.I love getting minerals from shilajit and Seamoss as they have no garbage in them like many supplements these days
I’m on day 2 with seamoss and that’s such a good idea that when I start trying shilajit I can add them together so I’m getting all the benefits in 1 cup, do you think it’s safe to add black seed oil in with it aswell? Or do you think it’s dangerous to add all these things together? 🙏🏼
They say it boosts testosterone. I’m a menopausal woman thinking of starting but that part worries me. I don’t need a mustache! Did you have any effects like that?
After leukemia and stem cell therapy my bodies immune system doesn't recognize my body and sees it as foreign. So it left me with a severe autoimmune disorder that they said would eventually kill me in 3 months to a year. That was 5 years ago when i started taking shilajit, andrographis paniculata, moringa, triphala, manjishta and artemisia annua and magnesium. My immune system calmed down to where im able to live a normal life. I will never go back to the doctors for health related issues. Still dont feel 100% but ill take 80% over trees and grass growing out of my ass!
MAN LIKE DAWAH DIGITAL !! Good to see you here, do you take this? If so what are your thoughts? And what brand would you recommend from UK. Salam alaykum !
I started adding shilajit to my coffee every other day and since I drink my coffee black it mostly covers up the shilajit taste. I'd recommend it that way.
Had my first 500mg today, gave my dog some too, she is a 15 year old cocker spaniel and both of us have been full of energy all afternoon, two thumbs up for me and Kia, the taste is odd but it subsides to a nice aftertaste
Hey thanks for sharing. I'll be honest with you I had no idea about giving it to dogs. I'm going to read up on it! Happy that it's working well for you👍🏾
I used it 2 days ago. Just the tip of the tiny spoon provided. I am 45 and have had less motivation than normal and have quit smoking cannabis for 2 weeks. Other than that nothing really different. I took it and within minutes I had massive loads of energy which I felt even until the next day. It was a great experience but it was so intense I have been waiting to feel sluggish again before I do. So far after 72 hours I still feel very motivated, focused, and overall healthy.
Wow, so many positive comments. I’m definitely trying it when I get paid. I was stupid enough to ever take antidepressants, and if I knew that they would wreck my hormones like they did I wouldn’t ever have gone there. Here’s to hoping this helps me regain balance.
My sister and I are on our 3rd day of this Shilajit which she found following Dr. Seb. I've had some very vivid dreams the 3rd night. I fall asleep better and quicker and sleep more soundly. I'm 63 years old and sleep interruption happens every night. I fell asleep at 9pm and awoke at 12 midnight feeling as it was 6am! My concentration is much improved and my energy level is so much higher. I have knee pain and back aches in the morning...not right now. I got up painfree. This stuff is straight up AMAZING! Try it you'll love it. Oh we're also on Sea Moss as well.
I agree with everyone whose health has improved. I am fighting colon cancer; however, my symptoms include not being able to sleep, lack of focus, loss of appetite, low energy, body aches, and pain. Shilajit has made a tremendous difference in my life!
I think this is the first time in almost 20 years of you to that someone just gave an honest review with no bullshit. Even exposing the tactics of companies trying to sell something that to the rest of the public is questionable at best. Immediate new subscriber!!!
Im a big fan. Wanted to see what other people said but i noticed higher energy levels and better mood. I also would ofte take it before playing video games online and i noticed an improvement in reaction speed.
I’ve been taking this for a very short amount of time however the recommended intake is 4 days on, 2 days off for a month, then take 2 weeks break. DO NOT CONSUME IF you have too much iron in your blood or if you have high blood pressure. My skin became clearer, I had almost too much energy. I weigh little and I’m only 4ft 11 so I take half a pea amount. At first I wasn’t used to this so after taking this for 4 days I struggled to sleep at first at night because I had too much energy with this. I had more motivation and clear focus (helpful for me personally as I have ADHD) I also have anemia so shilajit has really helped me not feel dizzy when standing up.
…..you’d be surprised by how much weight you can lose and how much better you’d feel by just drastically cutting back on your sugar intake. Most of these ‘miracle supplements’ are just gimmicks aimed at desperate people who are willing to try just about anything. Last Sunday I made up my mind to eliminate 1) Sugary drinks (soda, cappuccino, lemonade, etc) 2) Sweets (Cookies, Cake, candy bars, honey buns, etc), and 3) Heavily salted snacks (Potato Chips, Popcorn, Fritos, Doritos, etc). In just one week I’ve lost 6.4 lbs. I also walk 6 days a week for 45 minutes on the treadmill. When I’m feeling good I jog. I’m a middle-aged working man, If I can do it, you can, too. Just make up your mind, start keeping a journal and commit to one month. I promise you’ll see a difference.
I just ate it straight. pea sized dot, taste like marmite to men and shyte to women. didn't bother heating it up, just used the handle of a spoon or fork.
The tastes is like drinking the water that drips off of firewood. It’s not the worst taste (1000x better than black walnut/wormwood tinture!!!) hoping to feel a difference!
wow i have been using shilajit for 3 week there is great change in my energy it work for me. it was recommended by a friend from Pakistan, in Pakistan they use it for health and energy .
Crazy, because shilajit feel super strong from me ! I feel super focus and have alots more energy all day … after that I feel a little bit weird at the end …
I have noticed a positive effect from the very first day. At first I thought it was the placebo effect but I definitely feel better, I have more energy, I notice it especially at work. It also has a positive effect on my Libido. I‘m only on day 7
I'm part Aboriginal and can eat anything haha. My sister gave me a very distasteful at first potassium and other minerals concoction and I ended up loving it and eating it straight from the bag haha and also she's had the capsules once and said her hair skin and nails grew fast...I'll ask her soon if she noticed energy level changes...Thanks heaps can you please do wheatgrass next...I've subscribed
It says one of the benefits is increased dopamine release in the brain. Does anyone know if this has been tried for treating opiod addiction/withdrawals? Since there is a massive problem with opioid addiction today it would be interesting to know if it can help.
Sheelajit is a Sanskrit word, the world's most ancient language. In Sanskrit, Sheela means stone and Jit means winning. So Sheelajit's literal meaning is the winner of the stone. Meaning you will be as strong as Stone 🪨.
I been taking it for a week now in coffee and I can say it do works I felt different in three days I’m very lazy and always sleepy since I been taking this I have a lot of energy and I don’t take two naps doing the day no more once I get up in the morning I’m up all day I love it I get out more and take long walks without being tired
I add mine to my coffee in the morning. That seems to make it more tolerable as far as taste. I don't bother with warming the resin to make it more user friendly. I have no trouble using it at room temperature. Since the measurement for this isn't an exact science, I just "eyeball" it and use the tip of my teaspoon and stir it into my coffee along with my sugar and cream.
This product has expidited my spiritual ascencion for sure but as a psychiactric patient I also fell into psychosis including auditory as well as visual analogies. So, what I did was cut back the dose by 70% and skipped a day here and there able to maintain my "witts!" and my third eye has definitely begun to see what others do not especialy clarity and the "TRUTH!" in all situations and circumstances. Motivation, initiative and energy greatly enhanced and much more predictable. Sooo if your a psych patient use with utmost caution and discretion please!!! Highly recomended for those on a spiritual awakening journey to break thru! This works for sure...
@@GotFaculty Uh nah fam, I went through exactly what this went through and started thinking I could read minds and hearing voices I thought were aliens and spiritual beings thinking I had awakened but nah I just took too many dopamine raising supplements. If you have no prior diagnosis mania, Hallucinations and all those schizophrenic "spiritual awakening" symptoms are a sign of elevated dopamine release or potentially drug induced psychosis.
I swear by this supplement it works for me and I recommended it to a friend who swears by it as well. I take it in pill form gives me energy and mental focus throughout the day
I started taking it recently as well for testosterone optimization. I also take Tongkat Ali and Boron for the same reason. I can't find much information on proper cycling of Shilajit though. Do you cycle it?
I would like to but how can we be sure that this is the purest natural form? And is it true that all shilajit contain heavy metal but in controlled safe amount?
I never tried it that way myself. I just downed it as quick as possible because of the taste lol. I would guess there would be no problem with that but because of the taste and smell I'm not sure most people take it that way.
Thank you for doing the video. I’ve been very curious about this as well for I’ve recently discovered it again thank you and I’m grateful for the time you’ve taken to post a video and to let the rest of us know a bit more about it. God Bless.
Thank you for the review. Yes the feeling is subtle yet definite. Shilajit should not be heated up as it destroys the goodness. The easiest way is to put to the side 100 mls of warm water not hot. Scoop no more than a pea sized amount of Shilajit in the water on the spoon and leave it to gently dissolve off the spoon. Do not take more than a pea sized amount a day as it is very powerful. Also use a tiny spoon that is rounded so it scoops more easily. Look up Dr Barbara O’Neill to reed the benefits. Never hot water, only warm to keep the nutrients safe.
You must have taken a very poor version of Shilajit. The first time i took one drop from the liquid Shalajit my chronic fatigue, my languidness, my lackadaisical and apathetice self dissappeared like as quick as shutting off a light. All of a sudden I felt like I was an spiritually uplifting teenager and unstoppable. Today is my fourth day taking it and I feel like a million dollars going on two million. Ive started working on my life goals, picking up where I left off 45 years ago.
Wao which brand are you using? I am lucky to be born in Pakistan I guess since Himalayas belt is in my country so I might find a good Shilajeet in a local store at cheap rate
I was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis and was taking humira injections however the side effect of that was lowered testosterone thus fatigue, but then started using shilajit, and I was then able to stop using the humira since shilajit has so far put the arthritis in a holding pattern and by that I mean it stopped the flare ups, the agonizing pain and swelling along with energy and increased libido. I can't say for definite, but it's the only thing I can think of that's holding the disease in a remission state. Every now and then, I'll get a mild flare-up once in awhile, but that's few and far between. And then I'll take one 15 mg prednisone and meloxicam as a boost. So, the only thing I've changed in my routine is dropping the humira and reducing the prednisone to once a month and taking aswaganda shilajit capsules every day. I'm 59 and almost back to my normal self.
I've been taking this every day for about 7 days... same results to the point where I have stopped coffee. I think clearer, no mid day crash and I yawn way less and sleep better.
I just started taking this this Wednesday on my birthday and not a huge change as you said but definitely a pick up in appetite I am eating more than what I usually would and I've been sleeping better too going to bed reasonably well as I've never been a big sleeper But same as you I'm gonna give it 2 weeks and review it myself 😊
Hey Man. I know shilajit from travaling around India. Ayurvedic DR.s are suggesting it for all kinds of stuff. What they told my is that it isImportant to drink it in warm milk to get it in your system better. otherwise just to have a good quality.
I am hardcore, I put it under my tongue and let it melt for 1 minute and then grab my coffee or a small spoon of Nutella to get rid of the awful taste. I am menopausal and after 4 days I noticed a big increase in my energy and more clear headed! I noticed a huge difference actually. I have been doing it for 6 weeks and will take a break and do two months again
I just added it to my soursop bitters. Shook it up and I take 1 shot every morning. After a week I noticed great clarity and motivation out of nowhere. Also I've noticed I'm less stressed..
I love shilajit. I have been taking it for 3 weeks only a pea size once a day. my skin is glowing and I feel generally healthier and stronger. I sleep so much better. Starting today i decided to increase my dosage to twice daily a pea size. I am taking it mainly to balance my hormones but I dont k ow if it helped with this yet. Looking forward to see what else happenes.
I found a Tibetan Practitioner in Edmonton Alberta. He sources it and makes his own He recommended 1/4 tsp with brown sugar and warm water before bed. Allows the body to use while not active. Day 2 easier allowing it to cooldown. I have thyroid and GI issues.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Especially when you spoke on the smell and it’s taste. 👀 Warning🎉 I am looking forward to the experience, to see how it does with brain fog.
I bought the same product, came with a tiny metal spoon. Your dose was like 2-3x.. Also, you can take it sublingually. Way faster and into the blood faster. I dont mind the taste. Just drink some water after.
Thank you, brother, for that very honest review. I just came across this stuff today on my journey to get better and healthier today. I appreciate the heads-up on how it smells and tastes. It's so hard to find honest reviews that don't make the product sound top-notch and they say nothing about what it tastes or smells like. Now I can make a better and informed decision on which one I should get
Also triphala along with shilajit really goes well, work of triphala is to balance 3 pillars of your internal body, thus it would create more holistic benefit to your health, although time of triphala may differ , since it is usually taken at night
I would be combining this with Irish Seamoss. The past few months I have been on health discovery kick and was recommended this. Shilajit is even more expensive than Irish Seamoss and I'm not sure how the two would stack.
Hi. My husband saw a tik tok ad about this stuff, so I have been trying to do research on it. Thank you for the video and your feedback on it. We need it for brain, energy, pain and overall health, but also my sex drive has never been good and even worse now that I am older. I'm 43. I need something that can help with all of it. Do you think it would help women with their sexual health as well? I feel so bad for my husband. Also, anyone know which form is better, liquid or pill? I also have 3 children. 2 teenagers and 1 young adult. One has ADHD. Would that be ok? How long does it take to have the liquid form ready? There're so many comments on here that are helpful. Would love links to the ones you guys have been using, that are ligit. Thank you.
Don't know how you have been taking this mate. But it's brought me back to life. All depends on what quality you purchased. As my one melts into liquid in seconds. My pencil can't stop sharpening with the Mrs since I have started taking it 😂. Testosterone levels have boosted and I'm so hyper and also waking up in the morning fresh.
Thank you for your review it's very honest and concise. I am on my second week of one pea sized amount every day and this has really changed my life is such a positive way. I have more energy mentally physically and my sex drive has increased alot. It gives me something I have never experienced before and that's a relaxed energy throughout the day. I have noticed it helps with weightlifting and martial arts. The most important thing that I have noticed is decreased stress levels it takes time for this effect but it happens with time. I hope my review helps others 🙏🏻
I'm at 63 and after a week I give it a lot of credit, my mood is upbeat and physical energy is noticeable. I am curious if it is better to use non-microwaved heated water, anybody have any insight? I am going to try it with a less direct heating form.
I started using it today, and it's having an effect allready. I am 71; with a spinal injury and honestly it's making a difference no one has paid me to write this, but if they are up for it a few quid would be welcome😂👀 Ronnie in London
