Jeff great channel I have done a couple of rack conversions to early Holdens. I used shortened commodore racks. This could be a solution if you find a rack with the desired ratio and have it shortened or widened to suit so you can keep your stock steering arms and mount the rack in the correct position. This will save you calculating your Ackerman's angle Congratulations on the cars you have built reminds me of me 30 years ago in my shed building cars Cheers Greg Drinkwater

Love your videos Ryan, but I have to disagree with you on this one based on personal experience. If I’d worn armour in my Kevlar jeans knee pocket it would have prevented the tarmac from burning through the material and a part of my knee. It would have also saved me from 6 months in hospital fighting sepsis from the infected wound. I would never consider leaving the house without my D3O now 🤔
