Means a lot thank you ! Just wish and hope it will see the light of day officially, not holding out hope right now though, the original score is covered in ‘rights issues’
Hey man, I have no idea how to thank you for this clip! I have been looking for this from ages but wasn't able to get it anywhere! This is one of the most amazing tracks from the movie but is not found in any of the OST disks. So thanks again for this great piece of work!

I actully used this song as the theme of sceen in a warhammer 40k death watch table top game. The team had to escort a corrupt inquisitor to a research facility, and let them go becuase they couldn't charge him with any thing. It was a perfect scene setup the sound effects even blened in really well.
Hey M, I think Harold Faltermeyer is so much underestimated by "the audience" Indeed it's still a shame that there isn't an official or not that I have heard of official Soundtrack release with the total score of topgun on.. So from my part thanks aswell that I get to rediscover, mostly due to your remastering of the less familiar tracks, Top Gun b
I’d love to but its not mine to add, i share but the copyright is with the studio :) you could always have a look on google for sites to capture RU-vid audio…
this was clearly recorded using the surround channels from the movie, this is not even considerded an official never released score. I dont know about what any of you think of this, but it ain't foolin me
Hans zimmer was the lead on top gun maverick, some nice score but i have the agree, the original 80’s Harold f vibe, you can’t beat or replace that, even with such an amazing film as top gun maverick ! thanks for your thoughts
My personal favorite soundtracks are: John Carpenter's Halloween (1978) - John Carpenter Blade Runner (1982) - Vangelis The Terminator (1984) - Brad Fiedel Electric Dreams (1984) - Giorgio Moroder Legend (1985/1986) - Tangerine Dream
If you ask me, the top best scores depend on the composer(s) involved and their (respective) style(s), also including their execution and how they pertain to the scene(s), character(s), concept(s), theme(s), you name it, involved, and the releases that they're part of, as well as their own genre(s).
