Indulge in Jordan's most loved National dish, mansaf. Lamb cooked long and slow in a sauce made from dried yoghurt and served with sticky rice. It's heavenly and heavy and will leave you comatose for most of the afternoon.
Later, we head out for another Jordanian favourite, beef shawarma where the fatty tail of the Arabic lamb is used to bast the beef, to give a taste like no other.
