The second half of our Yukon Road Trip was simply epic. Traveling on the Top of the World Highway into Alaska was amazing during the Autumn. After crossing into Alaska we drove through the town of small of Chicken and back into the Yukon to enjoy the Kluane National Park and take a Glacier Flight to see Mount Logan.

We are originally from the USA we left home in 2013 after graduating from college. We then returned back to the US a year later to build a "normal life." We quickly discovered that it wasn’t for us and left home for good in 2015. We were nomadic for over three years across six continents and 80 countries. It took us 500 blog posts, thousands of nights in different beds, a few horrible meals and a ton of amazing ones until we chose to base ourselves in the Canadian Rockies. Those colors!!!! We drove the Top Of The World in May, and it was beautiful but nothing quite like that! Thank you so much for sharing! Looks like we’re going to have to go back in the fall

I really miss Alaska. I lived there for about 6 years of my childhood, so almost a third of my life. Best place to ever be born in. Now I live in nasty, muggy Florida where the only seasons it has are hot summers and cool summers. No fall, winter, moose, gorgeous wildflowers and beautiful mountains. I hate it here. Every year, I hear songs about white Christmases, and I get so bitter because I used to have that. And it was awesome. Now I have sad, rainy Christmases and it sucks. I remember there being frost blanketing the grass towards the end of October and having to put on coats over Halloween costumes. It was such a nice time.

Made that trip many times and yes fall is the best.Thanks for sharing this vlog very much. Walk on a Glacier.... the sounds they make are ASSUME.

We've done mountaineering where we live in the Canadian Rockies so we've walked on a glacier before. They are truly awe-inspiring and humbling!

Pavement! That was 180 mile stretch of 1-½ lanes of gravel when we drove it. The Canadian side was better road with a full 2 lanes of treated gravel. A tour bus just about took off our side mirror near the 40 mile river. Holy cats; Chicken has become a metropolis! I don't think there was a business there when we went through; but that was 33 years ago. Thank you!

You must have done this right before they closed the border for the season. I was planning to do this in fall of 2023 but learned that the border is closed by then.

Thanks for sharing. It was to most beautiful fall video that I have ever seen. I live in Michigan and we have beautiful fall colors but nothing like the vastness that you filmed.

I see the fireweed was "burnt" to the bottom. Being how you tell how much of summer is left.
