The answer is practice. Just play osu!mania or Etterna and you'll be almost as good as him in about 1-5 years of practice. It's not that long I promise..

I like how it's on FNF to prove a point that what people consider hard or stupid in the community...isn't really that unusual in terms of what's out there- Like seriously, apart from the overuse of jacks I see in mods (which still kind of pales in comparison to actual extreme maps like this) and charts out of sync, a lot of their complaints about charting really feels weak when you see maps like this.
people who like to say that whitty is the "hardest mod" reeeeeally don't deserve the right to speak when this exists anyways, great job at being better than every friday night funkin player to ever play this game seriously, this is really impressive to a lot of people
