Great post guys! Another thing I love about this area is the lack of mosquitoes and lack of humidity. Both are huge pros that I don't think about till I go somewhere else!

Thanks for the video… btw, it snows in Arizona, and two of the state’s mountains are larger than Mt. Hood. Good outdoors fun, skiing and hunting

I’m local but I wanted to hear what a pro and con video about Salem would say. If I could add to the list, I would say: Pros - don’t get tornados or crazy storms, only an hour from the ocean. Cons - huge homeless and drug problem, schools are overcrowded and under staffed.

I used to live in Salem ... Today I live in Krasnodar... I kinda miss good old Salem in a way.... It's too hard to start a business in America these days ironically it's much easier in Russia.... Came here with $30,000 a year ago today I make $10,000 in profit a month.
