Hi, I’m moving here for college from Ireland any tips on what I should do first when I get there.

I visited Morgantown when my Grandson was born in April. I found the streets to be very poor, narrow and confusing. People honked at me for not going through the light when I had no idea where I could turn. I was always afraid that I would either drive off of the road or get hit for driving too slowly. It was odd to see the Stadium right across the street from the Children's Hospital. And when I attempted to venture out to Walmart, the roads were riddled with potholes and felt very unsafe. I am from Ohio where it is flat. I could never imagine living in an area with so many hills and trees. I am sure it is a very beautiful place for many people, but it is not for me. And the Real Estate agent is hot. Just wanted to say that. That would be the only reason to move there.

Is there any recreationally zoned off grid land for sale near by? How expensive is land out there.
