As much as I love me my home country American Marine Corps Drum Corps I gotta had it to you Europeans, you play some good ass drums, Top Secret is definitely the best in my opinion but the Marines are a very close second
this isn't clean or tight. look up blue devils or blue coats drum line finals lot videos. This group is ass cleanliness wise in comparison. Yes they are good but not nearly as good.
You probably American? Well there it is.. European people like this style of percussion, it's another percussion style they play here in Europe. As you hear it's more structural, ordered and disciplined, also sometimes monotone. It's Schweizer Tradizioniele Standarte. Same like in many other European countries.. Most of our military bands play in such ways. It's our culture. Maybe they aren't good for you, but for most of us they are good. They also have something unique that other bands don't have. The uniforms as an example :D.
+PrussianSoldier I agree with you. I'm an American. I also sing and play a few types of drums, as well as been forced into keyboards in my bands. There's nothing wrong with these guys, I'm always happy to watch them. I haven't seen anything better up here yet, and my American drumming contemporaries agree with me. Maybe give us credit for inventing kit drums in the first place? :) If anything, I'd like a fuller and cleaner recording. if I have to pick a flaw...
+PrussianSoldier what he meant is the don't play together. almost all of their notes are fuzzy. Yes it's a different style of music than American drum corps yet the technique is same and it is rudimentally same.
